Breakfast and food in general was very good! it was difficult to find a restaurant that is better than the one in the hotel. Service is also super fast. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for all of the guests. The beach and the sea were beautiful and during our stay the water was very warm. The staff and the waiters were very nice and friendly, and there was always someone available when needed. On one evening, their digital ordering system was not working, but a waiter came, apologised and took our order on paper. The hotel has a car parking garage directly below the building, very clean and secure. It's such a good place, that we will come back next year!

It is a very modern hotel. The mobile application allows you to do almost everything you need. You can even open your room's door using your phone with the app. It is located in a very good place. All room has great views on the pool or on the sunset. The elevator also has a great view! 🤩 Pines fully cover the hotel's beach, so there is a lot of shadow there. The food is delicious. You are free to visit restaurant during the breakfast (from 7 till 11) as many times as you want and take food with you to the pool. It also has a greatly designed flexible dinner system. On check-in, you get €25 per person per night on your account. The entrance to the dinner buffet costs exactly €25 per person but you are free to skip the dinner in the hotel and use this money in the a la carte restaurant on lunch or in the pool or beach bar. Drinks on the dinner are paid but you're free to take the water from the reception. All staff are very friendly.

People smoke everywhere: on the beach, in the restaurant. The sunbed on the beach costs €7 for a single-person or €21 for a double-person (why not €14?) size. In my opinion, it must be free for the hotel's clients.

I had a great stay at this hotel by the sea during my vacation! From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They understood my situation and even helped me check in earlier, which I really appreciated. The beach was beautiful — clean, quiet, and just a few steps from the hotel. I spent a lot of time there, relaxing and enjoying the view. The food was also amazing! Every meal was fresh and tasty, and I especially loved having breakfast with a view of the sea. The staff really stood out — kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their attitude made my stay even better. Can’t wait to come back!

the visuals - hotel looks great! the room - nice, clean and cozy, with a cool balcony overlooking the pools and the beach; our room was on the 10th floor and the view was really nice! the game room - nice touch with the pinballs, pool table and table tennis! breakfast and dinner - breakfast was ok, lots to choices, but the dinner was great! the pool area - great place to chill, nice music choices.. the beach - just beautiful.. Places app (Android) - works great, has everything you need

no free juices and water during dinner - this is just nonsense.. they're there on breakfasts, why not keep them around during dinner as a standard choice, but also let the guests order something else? bathroom ventilation is too weak, the shower cabinet is somewhat narrow (I'm not a huge man, yet I had difficulties turning around..). air conditioner was making loud noises on the first night, we reported the issue to the tech service using the app and it was all sorted out really quickly. the jacuzzi (we tried the one to the left) was somewhat dirty - by that I don't mean stuff that falls from the trees, but really thick film of filth on the inside; it felt as if wasn't cleaned in a long time

Location, pool, beach, food etc etc made the hotel stay wonderful. The hotel had everything that you need.

We were not told that with the half board we would still need to pay for water at dinner. The 50€ flexi board per day is literally only the food at dinner time if you use it for this. To change your pool/beach towel there is a 2€ charge.

Loved everything! Location is fantastic. Right on beach with lots of bars, restaurants and mini markets. ALL STAFF, pool area, sunbeds, room with amazing view - everything is super. I only have 2 criticisms - A kettle in the room would be a big bonus but not massively important. The lighting in the restaurant and reception areas should be a little brighter - it us somewhat dark in areas and doesn't enhance the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel, so it could be improved to brighter cheerful lighting. Food was fantastic with so much choice and well presented. Staff here are so friendly, helpful, kind, welcoming - they are the best! Marko and all the restaurant staff were fabulous. ⁸ Reception staff were all fantastic. Every member of staff I encountered were simply the best.well Done to this hotel. Spotless clean everywhere here which only illustrates how well cleaners play their role. Thanks to everyone here for making this a wonderful and memorable stay.

Brighter lighting needed in oarts of eating areas of restaurant. And reception area.

The whole place exceeded our expectations. Modern approach, really clean and fresh, open spaces. Loads of places to exercise or relax. Food was great. Locality to beach and restaurants. Staff were all great and super helpful. Our Cherry on Top room was huge. The kids standard room was much smaller but really clean and new, so they were super happy too.

Coffee machine in reception broke! But they ordered a new one! So....

The room a bit small but very comfortable . Excellent location and facilities. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The buffet dinner can improve, though varied choices are on offer, the food was a little tasteless. I do have to mention that the lounges at the beach of the hotel are not charged at $7 euro as mentioned, $7 euro is for a single sun lounge of which there are not as many as the double lounge options for which you get charged at $21 euro for the day.. overall beautiful location, excellent beach and we would definitely stay again.

Not enough single sun lounges at the beach

The stay here was really great. I enjoyed the views from the balcony and room was really comfortable. Everything was really clean. The best part is if you get to breakfast early enough, you can pick spot with sea-view on the terrace. There were nice choices of food for breakfast, but dinner didn't have the largest selection. I also liked that in the case of half-board you can transfer credits if you miss dinner.

I didn't enjoy that the sink was in the room, but it was obvious in the pictures.
