I would have rated 9 or 10 if it wasn't for a rather tough and uncomfortable bed. If you like very tough mattresses and don't mind feeling springs through it, you will enjoy this place 100% Despite this, we really enjoyed the stay. The staff makes you feel like a king, the view is spectacular and the location is nice, pretty quiet and only 200baht taxi ride from strict center. In case of traffic I recommend scooter taxis. There is a good proximity of 7eleven, small local shops with decent prices and a few food stands nearby making it viable without necessity of driving to the city centre for every need.

Breakfast was okay, room size good, and kept clean

Cost of Laundry, bit shocked at £30+ bill Pool boy could be more interactive, get off his game boy and maybe get a net and remove leaves from the pool now and then Beach is disappointing, you can’t swim in the sea as it’s not sand but sinking mud.

The resort was very nice, allmost a bit to big maybe. I liked that they gave me 17th floor with seawiew instead of gardenview that i had reserved. The pool area was really nice with possibility to buy refreshments. I didnt had breakfast at the hotel, there was other nice places for breakfast close by.

Even thou the sea is very close its not for bathing. I went down for a swim, but cancelled cause of the bad smell and alot mud.

The staff are friendly, especially the staff at breakfast. I like the promenade at the back of the hotel along the beach and the swimming facilities. The Egg station at breakfast.

The hotel is starting to look old and will need a revamp soon. As a westerner there were limited options for breakfast: cheep processed meat: sausages and ham. No options of bacon, proper sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes or meat and cheese selections, or waffles or pancakes. The asian food options that were there, is not what I would normally choose for breakfast as much as I may like fried rice or garlic fried chicken, for me, they’re not for breakfast. However, I am aware that they are asia breakfast options!

I really love the place it was gorgeous and the room is spacious. The value for money exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely place to stay.

It is located a bit far from any convenience store so you will need a car to go around. The refrigerator in our room was not working even after fixing it by the staff still did not work but we stayed for only 3 days so it did not fully affected us.

Easy access to check in and out. Front desk was very helpful. Cleanliness and lobby.

I like the Omelette bar, but not much choice of ingredient to put in the omelette no much room or dice ham Or the typical stuff you have at the bar. Pancakes should be very easy to make, But it was so hard. We need someone there who is knowledgeable on entertainment in town The Chinese guests In the lobby are so loud with no Manners.

i loved the staff very polite and friendly the swimming pool was a little dirty eith leaves a stuff but ok

the room wasn't very modern the bathroom was a bit dirty (needed a deep clean) the shower flooded the bathroom so we were told to use the bath instead breakfast wasn't good for westerners my thai girlfriend loved it

I had a really pleasant stay—the staff was incredibly friendly, the place was very clean, and the view was amazing. If I visit again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

it’s a bit far from the city center, but since I enjoyed my stay so much, the distance wasn’t an issue at all.

The view from the window was really good. It was a sea view room. The rooms were interconnected so it was a good for a family stay.

The property is old, the furniture is very old style and not maintained very well. Windows were not clean enough to enjoy the view. Breakfast was not that great as options for vegetarians were limited.

The hotel was nicely located with sea view and overall nice view from top floors. But the breakfast was only chinese / Thai menu. They can keep international buffet. Rest all ok and perfect with all facilities.
