Ricki was very friendly. The fritattas were awesome! Room was very nice, although could use some hooks to hang clothes.

We were given a handicap room, you might want to ask guests if that's what they want. The sink was clogged when we arrived, although fixed quickly once I told the desk, thank you James. The window shade was broken, never mentioned to the desk. The sheets weren't very soft, scratchy actually. The waffles were soo dry on Tuesday. Would help to have a list of restaurants in the area. Also some tourist info available.

The location was good. It was nice that there was a bar on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The handicapped parking could have been across from the front door and not down so far from the door. The Sunday breakfast was a disaster. When I went down at 9 there was absolutely no food to be had. Not even a container of yogurt or a piece of bread for toast and the coffee was empty. The other 2 mornings were fine.

Very friendly staff. The common areas and rooms were clean. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen.

The ice maker on my floor did not work. I had to go to the first floor next to the lobby to get ice.

The pool water was too cold! I asked front desk if they could turn the heat on but was told that there was nothing they could do about it.

Very nice and comfortable. Cost was way too high for this area. Lots going on so rooms hard to find so guess they think it is ok to charge so much.

I had no issues at all. I guess I’d prefer liquid hand wash rather than soap for the bathroom? I’m splitting hairs tho, I really don’t have any dislikes.

Breakfast was every bit as good as anywhere else we've stayed. Staff kept everything filled in a very timely manner

The in room keurig was so dirty it wasn't usable

The staff in the evening were kind, even in the late hours of my check-in (9:50pm). The room was warm on a cold evening. The beds were comfortable and the interior was upscale. Breakfast was FREE from 6-9am.

The morning staff of the hotel were not wearing masks. None of them, during a particularly high outbreak time. Not the breakfast staff, the maintenance staff, the cleaning staff in the halls, or the front desk manager. It was disappointing to see that this was probably condoned by the day manager. Front desk staff were not available at Check-out to print a bill and go over charges - that is the preferred time to look over the receipt they provide and have questions answered and any erroneous charges removed. It doesn't happen often, but when you're trying to limit costs for clients, it's good practice.

Clean rooms and towels.

Breakfast should be served until 10 AM. This is then for both business and vacationing people.
