Our visit began with the best front desk staff we’ve seen in many years of travel. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and a nice variety, the grab and go bags were also a nice addition, as were the snacks in the evening. We definitely recommend this location and would be happy to stay here again when we are in the area next.

Bed and pillows were comfirtable. The breakfast was great, but only available at 6:30 am. We were hoping to be gone by then, and as we debated about waiting, we were offered a breakfast package to take with us. We decided to wait, and we were very glad that we did. It was worth the wait! We liked the access we had to an entrance at the back of rhe building, because of having to park at the back. Great proximity to our room.

No vanity in the bathroom, just a stand alone sink. A little awkward getting ready in the morning without counter space. Lighting in the room was dim. Limited electrical outlets available,, as the made-to-fit furniture was in the way for access to outlets.

The breakfast had a lot options and was great! I like the times they had breakfast to sleep in a bit. The location is great and got some great rest after a concert at red rocks.

I like this property, i didn't have any concerns. The staff was amazing and very helpful and always checked up on us if we needed anything,

The breakfast was good and the staff courteous and helpful.

The room was much smaller than expected, but we managed. The "sofa" did not fold out into a bed. The toilet seat shifted and made a noise like it was breaking if you leaned to the left. The sliding bathroom door with the latch in the middle was awful! The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

Room was fine, nothing was broken or needed updating. Shower, not tub. Dog friendly. Just what we needed right off the interstate.

Laundry room is locked all night, and $3 in quarters per 45 mins per machine, had to run the loads twice to get clothes dry even at high heat.

1) Clean rooms, similar to a prior visit, because I was issued the same room as a prior visit 2) Good showerhead with multiple water pressure 3) Breakfast availability, although what I prefer to eat is currently a limited selection, because of health concerns 4) Helpful staff at this location 5) High precision sink faucet is helpful 6) Close to other hotels nearby, and some other shopping 7) Within walking distance is an RTD station, (but 2022 hours indicate late-night unavailability between 11pm and 5am) 8) Near Marine memorial (within walking distance)

A) Some elevator tile issues (repair of a tile needed for one elevator) B) Seems not to have a business center, although signs indicate there is one (one can ask the front desk to print items, nevertheless) C) A common shuttle that brings guests to RTD stations would be helpful

Loved the *staff* !! The pool was great. Conventionally located for two red rocks concerts and Golden. Breakfast was good each day.

The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The closet and bathroom doors were off their tracks and couldn't close. The room was dark, and blinds were messed up.

I was greeted after a 9 hour car ride by a super friendly staff member who checked me in effortlessly. I was given a couple complimentary bottles of water and sent a courtesy text after checking in.

I really can't think of a thing that I would change..

Beds were comfortable and the facility was relatively quiet. The cleaning staff was pleasent and always had a smile.

Parking was difficult due to having many big trucks w/trailers or machinery taking up rows of parking .

Self serve with 1 attendant/chef. Lots of good breakfast choices.

No explanation about how to use dining room/kitchen area. One desk attendant spoke rudely and acted irretrable when a question was asked which was unacceptable. All others helpful and congenial.
