- nice room, clean and well air-conditioned - location is good for visit EuropaPark. 20 minutes walk. Rulantica is closer, 10 minutes walk. - the personnel is respectful. Good people. Other guests are respectful. Good family location. - the decoration is nice. Gives you the feeling that you are having a special stay. Overall a very pleasant theme- park vibe. - shower was good. Nice good showerhead to freshen up. We will be back :)

I have just a few minor recommendations, not even a critique: - shower floor can be a bit slippery. If you're a bit older watch out not to slip. - the room we had was a tiny bit noisy at night. I believe it might have been the blowing airconditioning next room to us. Not a deal breaker but if you are a sensitive sleeper bring ear plugs just to be save. - the airconditioner blows directly on the bed and I couldn't find a setting that would reduce the airflow. Had to turn it off when we went to bed.

This was a very nice, small family run hotel. The location, in the middle of a neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and not even a 10 minute drive to either of the Rust attractions. The two nearby supermarkets were also very convenient for grabbing snacks after a long day at the park. We loved that even though we were a family of 4 and staying in one room, the kids had their side with their own TV and the parents also had their own side with TV. The air conditiong was welcome after being in the heat all day. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and we found the "disco lights" a funny addition to the atmosphere. The theme of the hotel was clear without it being overly done. The breakfast buffet was more than enough with a nice selection of warm and cold offerings. We would definitely come back again.

For someone with bad knees, getting into and out of the pool was a bit difficult since there was nothing to hold onto. A handrail near the pool steps would make this much easier.

Absolutely outstanding hotel! Immaculate rooms, super modern and amazingly well themed! Fantastic for families, they provided us with a cot and a highchair in our room so we could feed our little one (we stayed in the studio rooms with a small kitchenette). Amazingly well equipped kitchens! Fantastic little terrace with table and chairs outside. Our little one loved the details like the disco light setting, the animal ornaments on the rockery outside our window and the monkey light fittings! Felt like a 5* hotel but with home comforts and all the perks of a small family run boutique hotel (super friendly and helpful staff!). Breakfast was brilliant, great selection, freshly baked pastries and breads, fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages and bacon. This was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in for families. Excellent distance from Europa Park and Rulantica, nice little walk down each morning. All the little details really made it, like the themed music in the corridors, the immaculate condition of the rooms and bathrooms, the coffee machine in the rooms and the overall design and airship theming of the place. Beautiful! Great value! Will 100% come back next time we visit Europa Park!

Absolutely nothing! Cannot fault a single thing.

Everything! So much attention to detail, so comfortable, so welcoming. We cannot fault this place and would highly recommend! The hosts were brilliant, very responsive and very prompt. The breakfast we paid additional for offered great choice and was relaxed.

I can’t identify anything that we didn’t like about the property… perhaps the temperature of the pool but maybe that’s us not being very resilient to cold temperatures 😆

The rooms are really fun and nice and really comfortable. Breakfast was also good and well fairly priced. I loved all the interesting decorations in the room! I really enjoyed this hotel and is situated right between Rulantica and Europa Park if you want to visit both attractions. The town Rust is also a really nice cute town in itself.

The rooms directly face the Swimming pool and there were people swimming and making a noise at 23.00 in the evening. Also the music in the outside pool area should be turned off at 21.00 I believe but some nights it was on until really late, So it was difficult to relax. Pity the Sauna was not working.

Everything . Beautiful place. Loved eapesially the kitchen . The radio in the bathroom... But truely everything. We had a free and close parking. It was 5 minutes drive from Europa park and Rulantica. The host was really nice. Wish we'd stayes there for all the trip.

The price - it was expensive But I think worth it. It was a bit warm for us inside and you can't use the aircondition in that time of the year... The steps to the gallery were a bit narrow.

We decided to stay here as part of our trip to Europa park and Rulantica which is why the location is simply perfect! We used the car to get to and from the park but I am sure this can also by done walking. The property has plenty of parking right in front of the main door. The room was perfect for a family! super clean, extremely comfortable beds and everything had a really cool design theme (the upper floor had a ship steering wheel! kids loved it) and finally the breakfast was perfection! We will definitely come back! Thanks for an amazing stay

A very nice apartment, with everything that you need. Comfy beds, big rooms. Supermarket closeby. Walking distance from both Rulantica and EP. Very clean and well equipped. Great deal for the EP visitors.

A terrace/balcony would have been nice for the morning coffee. The pool was not warm, so we saw one person only who had the currage to go inside.

We had fantastic communication from the hotel before our stay and questions were answered quickly. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but received a warm welcome on arrival and we were able to complete paperwork to save time later. We got instructions on accessing our room in the afternoon, and after a day at the theme park we were able to pick our keycard up straight away and access our room. We were met with a modern, good sized room with balcony which was ideal for relaxing at the end of a day at the theme park or waterpark. The pool is a great way to cool off on very warm days, while the fridge on the landing with various drinks in to purchase at any time of day was much appreciated. The key code entry into the building also allowed our party to return at different times after the theme park, or food and drinks at the nearby restaurants. The hotel sits on the hotel side of Rust, which means a short 10-15 minute stroll to Europa-Park in the morning, and a similar distance for the waterpark Rulantica. Once the theme park closes, you're able to exit at the Spanish entrance for the Europa-Park's official hotels, meaning a shorter 5 minute walk back to the apartment. Some of our party have now stayed multiple times at this property, and we plan to return for another trip later in the year.

A minor point, but a fan to improve air flow upstairs from the air conditioning downstairs would have been ideal to improve comfort when the weather is particularly hot.

Extremely nice owners. Really special, we felt so welcome. The place was taken care with so much love and the rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent and extremely good value for money.

Only negative point was, that it was too hot at night and the AC couldn’t really reach the second floor of the apartment.
