We loved the beautiful rooms. They are spacious and comfortable. The beds and bedsheets are soft. The room is of high quality. We also love the dining area - with the beautiful shrubbery and wildlife. The breakfast was delicious and wholly enjoyed by all.

We would have loved to have a complimentary bar of soap in our bathroom. We would have also appreciated a shower curtain or confined space to keep the water from spilling on the floor while bathing. We were also surprised to find that an additional payment was necessary for certain items on the breakfast menu - it seems that all options would have been included in the room fee.

the location is lovely, close to the airport and surrounded by green. You definitely will feel like you are already/still on your trip. We also spotted some cool birds here. The food was excellent. It is really well priced for a touristy place. We also loved that they offered Ugandan food, something we severely missed at other touristy places during our trip. Vegan options are well marked. Highly recommended as a start/end to your trip.

The room we were in was a bit worn, with severe mold on the bathroom ceiling. Lighting in the room could also be better. All in all still recommended though - maybe the non-budget rooms are in a better condition too.

Great restaurant, breakfast was included and was very good, with an excellent selection. Lunch and dinner options were good and the bar and waiting staff were outstanding. The location is great with fantastic bird life around the ponds.

The glamping tent is a poor design, there are much better-style bell tents on the market. To access the bed you had to bend over almost in half to get there. The decor and layout in the tent were great and the bed very comfortable but it was let down by having to bend over all the time to get back and forth. The shared bathroom was a long walk away from the tent along a poorly lit and maintained path, making for a hazardous trek in the middle of the night. In the online booking, it was not clear that this was a glamping tent and shared bathroom, not that I minded but it would have been good had this been more clear.

If you are going to Uganda, this is the place where you should stay. The staff at ViaVia Entebbe are the best and so helpful. We needed extra help during our stay because I had an accident and broke my arm (could have happened anywhere, it’s safe in Uganda, don’t worry!) They literally arranged everything for me and my sister, and we are still very thankful for that. Not only the staff was great but also the accommodation was wonderful, in the middle of nature with the monkeys and many birds around you! Also the rooms/tents where very clean, and the food was great. If you want to have that Uganda feeling, go to ViaVia Entebbe.

The tent was gorgeous. Very cosy bed on the floor. beautifully decorLoved it more because it became magical listening to the heavy rain hurtling on the tarpaulin. The outside shower was my favourite aspect of the hotel. Wow, Utter glory! Rachel, the receptionist is a gem. Really lovely woman with fantastic customer care skills.

I thought the waitresses in he dinning area weren't that interested in giving the best customer care. One of them was rather rude and couldn't be arsed to answer questions about food choices. I am not sure about the fruit salad for breakfast. It was all mashed up in a glass and looked so tired yet Uganda has such glorious fresh fruits that are easily attainable.

I enjoyed my stay at ViaVia as always! Once I am entering the gate, I start to feel relaxed and calm. The environment is beautiful and you can always see monkeys and birds around. The food is superb as well.

There was a wide choice for the breakfast included with the room - and all very tasty. There were also several vegetarian options on the menu in general, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the many activities available, and the fact that it is only a short walk to the mall and other cafes and restaurants. There was plenty of space to lounge in the gardens and observe the animals (monkeys, birds), and the rooms were well-designed and clean, with several useful features such as drinking water and an umbrella.

Sometimes it took a long time for food to arrive for dinner, with one person getting their food quite quickly, and other party members having to wait an additional 15-30min.

Everything about ViaVia was perfect! We spent a week there and loved every minute. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The food and ambiance of the restaurant were amazing, with live music on Fridays and delicious coffee/breakfast surrounded by monkeys and birds chirping every morning. There's also an onsite spa and the team is really helpful with booking things to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, full of nature. this is superb oasis in Entebbe, can’t miss this spot to feel the nature and Ugandan culture. owners take care of garden, music in the bar, there are excursion options etc. Very good price, great breakfast.

The food was excellent value. The room was great - just bring insect repellent and make sure you zip up before sundown. It came with some lovely touches such as moveable lamps and homely flags. There were plenty of hammocks, and the private balcony overlooking the swamp was a lovely surprise.

The only downside was the shared bathroom which was a long walk away, not particularly clean and with a very basic shower/sink. It offered no privacy, and made going to the toilet at night very difficult.
