Staff were great and could not be more helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy location is very good close to the beach and lots of amenities. Dunkirk is surprisingly good place to visit.

The rooms are basic and geared up for families its not a three star hotel but clean, presentable, great staff and excellent value.

Nice spacious room with a balcony. Easy check in/out and friendly staff. Good breakfast .Ample covered parking for Motorbikes.A pity on the website it states the the restaurant was open however it was closed on Tuesadys so we had to ride to town to get dinner.

• We stayed in the room number 161 which might differ than other standard rooms • İnternet is very fast and practical • Rooms are very large and comfortable. • Very quiet place to sleep • A Greek restaurant is in as an alternative. • Kitchen was good and enough cutlery • Very comfortable and large balcony. • Fridge was working (not very cold yet but OK) • The receptionist lady was kind and helpful to us when needed. I have forgotten my jacket during check out and she was kind enough to post it to my home address. • Hotel has enough & large car park space.

• Self-check-in was not explained before clearly and wanted our time when we arrived very tired already. • Coffee machine was not working • Bath was good but the arranging the warm was not working very sensitive. It was little too hot..

Provided a morning starter meal of pastries and coffee which was great. Apartment we rented was very well equipped and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Would recommend staying here for sure!

We stayed after a very hot day, 95+ degrees F, and the room was extremely hot. We knew there wasn't any AC, but there also wasn't any fans to move the air once it cooled down outside. A couple of fans in the apartment would have made a huge difference.

The receptionist is very pleasant. A nice bonus in the form of free breakfast. Liked that we got a discount for visiting tourist places. We were pleased with the presence of a balcony in the room.

Good enough for the money.

They answered late at night and they were really friendly as I had a problem with my reservation in another hotel… I easily did the self check in! Thank you so very much!

Huge apartment, very comfortable beds and sof sheets, nice facilities, parking. Many towels available, everything comfortable and available. Staff helpfull.

Only thing is cigarette smell in staircase and little bit also in the room.

the carpet in the lift wall (!!!) stinks. nice and comofrt room. overall better than expected. Parking is a plus, staff friendly, easy check in, large spaces. great value for money.

The room was nice and clean. We had a short stay but there was not really anything bad about the overall experience. Can only recommend!

The POS was broken but likely I had enough cash to pay for the room in the morning.

Really spacious room with nice fun "welcome gifts". Balcony available. Impressive check-in system, properly translated into English.

Vending machines accept coins only. Come one, I have cash on my card and 50€ in my pocket but I can't buy a soda cause vending machine accepts coins only.
