My stay at this hotel was generally very good. The staff tried their best to help and explain everything I needed. The breakfasts were very varied and delicious, I was especially surprised by the small selection of cheeses and delicious juices. The location is very convenient - there are all the necessary transport stops nearby (metro, buses, trams) and a large shopping center. I was also pleased that, according to my requests, there was a kettle in the room.

I think the cleaning of the rooms is done in a bit of a hurry. When I returned to the room, several small items from my bedside table were on the floor, as well as my earring and an unfinished bottle of water were missing. It was a small unpleasant surprise, but the staff themselves were extremely helpful, so it didn't spoil my visit. Also the rooms themselves are a little worn out, but that's absolutely normal considering the age of the hotel.

The location was incredible. Well connected with the city by metro, and also to the airport and the arena. The staff were super friendly, they let us store our bags, as we arrived before check-in time. You get one free drink at the bar each day you refuse cleaning (helping the planet), otherwise you get new towels and cleaning every day. Room is spacious, has a big desk, full mirror and lots of lights. Check-out was also fast and efficient.

There was not enough wardrobe space, you only have one small corner at your disposal for hanging clothes, but shelves are almost completely missing.

The hotel is new, well-located (not in city center, but if you cross the road there's Tram, Bus and Metro stations), the staff is nice, everything is clean, bed comfortable, more than enough room space in the room and even a desk to work if you need. Overall, lovely stay with everything I needed. Plus, good air conditioner.

The only downside is that if you use the "Do not bother/I am sleeping" sign at the door, they don't care and enter the room anyway. Always nice cleaning ladies, but I had to open the door multiple times to tell them I didn't want any room cleaning. Not a super inconvenient cons, but even tough, it bother me.

Comfortable Accommodations: My room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The comfortable bed and quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep. 4. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, making my stay even more enjoyable. 5. Delicious Breakfast: I appreciated the delightful breakfast spread, featuring fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of options to start my day. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the city was a highlight. 6. Cultural Experience: The hotel’s decor and ambiance reflected Lyon's rich history and culture, making my stay feel immersive. I loved being surrounded by elements of the city's artistic heritage. 7. Accessibility to Culinary Delights: Being in Lyon, known as the gastronomic capital of France, I enjoyed easy access to some of the best local eateries. The hotel’s recommendations led me to incredible dining experiences. 8. Relaxation Facilities: The hotel offered excellent amenities such as a spa, gym, or rooftop terrace, which provided a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city.

Ideal location for the Groupama Stadium where we watched Coldplay. Perfect for getting to the town centre too. Our room and ensuite were a good size. The beds were really comfortable and the linen and towels excellent.

When we checked in at 15:30 our room wasn't ready which was extremely disappointing. We had to wait over an hour for it to be serviced which delayed our departure to the concert. More frustrating than anything was that guests arriving after us were given immediate access to their rooms so there must have been rooms available. The reception staff could have responded more proactively.

The air conditioning did not work the first night and the room was too warm to sleep during the night. I didn't like breakfast so much, because of very limited vegan options: dried fruits, oats, oat milk, orange slices (also grapefruit but I don't eat it), bread, juice, coffee.

Very nice place with easy access to the ASVEL stadium (visited Lyon for a basketball game). Spacious rooms in a newly renovated building and a decent breakfast. They even added a small sofa bed for our son at no extra cost. The price was much better over booking than in person, which is not always the case.

Great location when visiting a concert at the Groupama stadium. Secure car parking. Next to metro taking you directly to the city center. Great and friendly staff.

No parking for all rooms so you have the chance that the parking is full when the hotel is fully booked, and the next ‘secure’ parking (q-park) is 20 min walk away. Lots of broken car windows nearby so I would not advice to park on the street.

Location. 20 minutes to the airport on the Rhone Express and 20 minutes to the city center on the metro. It's all a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff were pleasant.

It's a budget hotel, but we knew that when we booked. Can't really complain. It's good value.

Clean room, decent breakfast and helpful staff. They are able to assist with all aspects of your stay, and there is paid parking which is secure.

The hotel connected to a residential area which is very loud during the day with kids. Not the hotels fault.
