This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. They surprise me with a free upgrade of my room. There were little sweet treats for all the guess in the reception and the room. They have treats for dogs, as well. The attitude of the personnel was so great and so kind. The athmosphere in the loby is so Christmas-ish. The food was delicious with enough variety for any taste. The location is great. Just 5min walk from the train station and the Christmas market.

It’s a small hotel but very customer oriented with attention to details. Super friendly staff, room was cozy and very clean. Bed very comfortable and shower with very good water pressure. Minibar drinks are included in the price. Wide selection of breakfast products salty and sweet. I truly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Just as matter of suggestion, it would be nice to find disposable slippers or the dental set (toothbrush and toothpaste) but these are just details.

The Lady at the Reception was super friendly! The Hotel is new and super clean. My bed was absolutely comfortable! The location is also pretty good and it is walking distance from the downtown area. I was earlier enough there and was able to get a spot at the private parking of the hotel! All in all it is a very comfortable, welcoming and cozy hotel!

In my Room I had a Whirlpool Bathtub which was super cool but unfortunately there was no place to hang high enough the shower head- so taking a shower in the morning was a bit uncomfortable. Other then that the water pressure is amazing!

The staff is really kind and was so nice to us and our dog. The hotel is right in the city center 500 meters from the mainstreet, yet the place is nice and quiet. Parking in the backyard was easy and covered by a carpark.

The building doesn't look like much from the outside but is really pretty and cozy once you get in.

Brilliant cosy, boutique hotel. Ambience was not the best though that might be due to Reutlingen itself. Huge breakfast selection and kind and attentive staff. Pastries available at reception was a heart warming touch.

Not a lot really. Not a lot of 'buzz' about the place but there is not much the hotel can do about that

- Modern rooms - complimentary small mini bar - very friendly checkin staff - great location and parking at rear - great breakfast buffet with lots of choices

- hard mattress on very high beds (smaller kids would need to be lifted onto bed or need a stepping stool) - no airconditioning (Hotel supplied tower fan).

Very clean and well located close to the train station. Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in a hotel for years. Great breakfast selection and the free minibar was a bonus!

THE hotel to stay when visiting the beautiful city of Reutlingen. Located in the city center, equipped with gorgeous rooms, breakfast and private parking it offers everything you can ask for by its friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Very nice breakfast including vegetarian and vegan choices. I loved the personal touch of actual pets on the facilities even if caged birds make me uncomfortable.
