The appartment was large, fully equipped with a small kitchen, fridge (we had fresh cold bottled water at arrival which was very nice); beds were very comfortable, there is an air conditioning system in every room, also mosquito nets. Due to the fact that the property is not on the main road, but slightly to the side, allowed us to sleep with the balcony doors opened during the night, there wasn't very much noise. There is also a pretty large balcony with a 4 people table and chairs, and a hanger for towels and swimming suits. Also the view was as others said here, spectacular. Breakfast was good, the English one and the Salt one surprised me very much (in a positive way), very tasty; but also all of the 4 variants lasted us (2 adults, 2 children) until the afternoon. On a personal note, I would've preferred to be able to serve breakfast since 7:30 instead of 8:30. The restaurant is downstairs and is called Alati, it's "a la carte". My personal score would be a 9.8 because on two occasions there wasn't one of the menu dishes available. But nevertheless, the taste was so so great! Stavros, the owner, really made it different than all the others in Alykes! I really appreciated that they also give the customer the possibility to choose, at main course, with the meat, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, cooked vegetables and another option which I don't remember right now. Also the desert is 10/10; they also have in menu Pecan Pie and Baclava which I recommend to taste and that are made by the owner's mother. The beach is 5 minute walk away, actually we stayed every time at Palm Tree Bar beach zone (2 sunbeds and a palm tree umbrella were 9 euros per day): clean sand on the beach and in the water, no rocks whatsoever, the sea was extraordinary calm each morning. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

We love these apartments! It was our 3rd or 4th year staying here (2 adults and 2 kids). One side is view of the salt marsh the other side views of the gardens/ trees, both lovely. Apartment includes a kitchen with small fridge/ freezer, nice bathroom, air conditioning, TVs with Netflix. Lovely bespoke breakfast options served in the restaurant outside at your table. 5 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach with warm shallow water. Close to restaurants such as Piccadilly and Dolphin who are happy for you to stop by to use their swimming pools if you buy a coffee or drink. Excellent restaurants close by including the apartments own restaurant which is the best food. Stavros the owner is very friendly and helpful, we will always return as is the lovely cleaner.

The location - about 2 minutes to the beach! The restaurant - very delicious food! The rooms - modern and equipped!

Great apartment. Two bedrooms nicely furnished. Modern kitchen area and bathroom. Good breakfast made fresh according to your individual requirements. Good extra facilities in the apartment like an iron and ironing board, a powerful hairdryer, washing-up liquid and sponge, handwash etc. Friendly and helpful owner and staff Apartments are above a great restaurant, we ate there several times, it was the best food. Cannot think of anything to complain about.

The property is located just minutes away from beach, restaurants and shops. The beach is sandy with cristal, clear water (perfect for children). The rooms are completely renovated and very clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful in giving recommendations of things to do. Thank you, Denise, for your kindness!

The owner Stavros was very attentive and helpful. The apartments are only a stroll to the main road, there’s a good restaurant and bar on the ground level of the apartments. Closes around 10:30pm so no noise impact, apartments are situated behind and above very private and quiet. Multitude of beaches within minutes of Alykes. Great location.

Spacious apartment, very clean, modern decor, good size bathroom with walk in shower. Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the main street and the beach. Staff very friendly- Stavros met us when we arrived and was around every day if we needed anything, and ‘Golden’ who served our lovely breakfast every morning was so nice, always smiling.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, everything was perfect.

Any glitches were very quickly fixed. Nothing is too much and everyone is helpful and friendly.

Lovely large modern apartment. Beautiful bathroom with fantastic shower (stayed in quite a few places in Alykes and this is by far the best bathroom). Plenty of wardrobe hanging space (and wooden hangers!), large dressing tables with massive mirrors, so a big thumbs up there! We didn't use the cooking facilities but it included a basic 2 ring 'hob'. Good location with short walk to bars, tavernas and the beach. Large balcony, pleasant view of salt flats. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate with bin changed daily. Sheets seemed to be changed every 3 days, as were the towels. Big shout out to Chara cleaning our room. Breakfast was good and served in the lovely and contemporary Alati bar and restaurant below the apartments. Stavros makes wonderful cocktails!

Slight road noise but easily remedied by closing patio door! Our preference but mattress a little hard.

The property was perfect! Newly renovated, cosy bathrooms, and nice clean apartment. The property is 5 minutes walk to the shallow beach of Alikes, which makes it perfect for families with little kids or couples and friends. Bars and restaurants are also under 5 minutes walk from the property. I highly recommend to try the alati bar restaurant which is on the ground floor of the property. They have nice food, and you can enjoy a nice chill afternoon-night cocktail. Prices of the restaurant are good value for money. Finally the HOSTS were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at Alikes view apartments.
