Parrot resort is fantastic, I mean the parrots alone are amazing to see, Twinkie the doggie too! The staff are super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, eggs, bacon and pancakes made fresh to order on outdoor cooking station. Great coffee! The pool was awesome for a quick cool down after the gym. And the free tuk tuk rides within 5km, really came in handy. We made a trip to white beach and also got dropped off at the bus upon our departure. The room was super clean and spacious with personal touches, like some delicious mangos! Can’t say enough good things. The value you get for your money is well worth it. Great location too.

Cons - for fellow travellers with extensive cons lists, may be helpful to check our entitlement and privilege and not fall into comparing with “back home” or other places we’ve travelled to. Important to understand local context and impacts these reviews can have. Unsolicited advice or constructive criticism can perhaps be discussed in person, and some best kept to ourselves. As a collective and global citizens we can aim to do better and leave people and places better than we found them, whenever possible. And please tip generously if you can :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in all the way to our check-out which was at 5am. Everything that we asked for including airport transfer were done promptly and the communication was done very clearly and the transport came on time, with the driver's contact given in case. The room was very clean (cleaner than some hotels I stayed in) and the sheets and towels were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful. We had a really good rest for our early morning activities, and there was even a drinking water dispenser that had both hot and cold water in our room, so we didn't have to hunt for shops to buy bottled water. Oh and I love that there were actual parrots at the resort!

The service of Jhon, the restaurant and bar staff, was excellent. How great it was, It is the first thing I'm writing here now! The swimming pool was also well maintained. The atmosphere of the whole hotel is superb. It's a hotel that feels like it's our own place. The man at the front desk of the hotel offers a great service. The two ladies at the hotel front are very pretty and provide good service. They cook eggs and bacon in the morning. It was very grateful. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. You can ask the front desk for help, but It's okay even if you ask for help from the cleaner. It's a good idea to give these people extra tips. The owner of this hotel is Superman. The boss who can do everything himself runs the hotel. So don't hold it in your mind if there is something uncomfortable. Just saying to front about that politely and someone in hotel will help you actively. 100% willing to revisit. I'm planning to visit again. I'm planning to visit again. I used it twice on purpose. It's because I have a strong will!! Hey, please don't visit this hotel too many times. Because I don't have a place to be because of you! I'm appreciate to this hotel and people because they gave me a precious memories. (+You don't need to dismiss it as my personal experience. my girlfriend liked this hotel more than I liked :)

The taste of breakfast was normal. Maybe it would be my personal taste problem. The gym was a little rusty. The swimming pool size is small. The number of sunbed chairs next to the pool is also small. I used it well with my friends, but I couldn't help but pay attention in case someone else couldn't use it because of us. It takes a little longer if you order a meal at a hotel. The bathroom is divided into a shower and a wash, but only the shower is drained. In the morning, it was a little noisy because the parrot cried, but there was no problem because I knew it. What's important is that these disappointments are very trivial. I'd like to remind you that this hotel is wonderful.

We were a group of 6 and everybody loved their stay. It was a home from home experience with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool and garden areas were all well kept and the parrots were an interesting distraction.Breakfast was simple but nice and fresh. The owners should be commended for their hard work in ensuring that everything is up to scratch and in good working order. They were helpful in arranging tours in and around the resort. The free tuk tuk transport service was invaluable. A good laundry service was also offered.

Some of the night lighting could have been better but that's only because the older members of our party found the unfamiliarity of stepped areas challenging in the dark.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need – from water dispensers in the room and fresh towels to reliable Wi-Fi. The amenities are top-notch, including a fully equipped gym, a great restaurant with delicious food, and even a convenient tuk-tuk service that made getting around so easy. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but most of all, I found the staff to be extremely helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported getaway!

Everything about this place was outstanding. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, with the best water pressure so far. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The pool is cool and clean. The gym is basic but functional, but then again who comes to the Phillipines to workout. The facilities and services provided and offered are amazing. Then there are the parrots, which you could watch all day. Oh, and another couple of things, the makeup removal towel was a great touch apparently, and the in room hot and cold water to drink is a fantastic idea, not often seen in hotels here. Buffet breakfast was nice, with plenty to choose from, including welcoming us with cut mangoes. The resort location is perfect too, walking distance to everything you need. Everything is well presented and there is an obvious emphasis on cleanliness throughout the resort. Can't recommend it higher.

Everything!!! The suites/rooms were private, large, clean, and modern. The bathrooms were open, fitted with chrome and you were also provided amenities. The pool was cleaned daily and the gardens surrounding were kept well. The villa is close enough to the centre requiring a 5 minute tuk tuk or the closest beach is only a 10-15 minute walk down the same road of the villa. There is a 7/11 at the top of the street also making it convenient for anything you may need. The staff were lovely, extremely accommodating and willing to help with tours, transport, late breakfast or early breakfast or anything else that may crop up.

Felt at home straight away. Amazing staff who went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Great buffet breakfast and really good having an on site bar and restaurant to go to. A peaceful and relaxed setting, off the main street, to go back to after a busy day exploring. Room was really clean and little touches like mini bar, filtered water cooler and quiet aircon a plus. They offer to organise tours, taxis for onward travel with people they know. Thank you all, including the parrots, for such a great stay!

We had the apartment and my parents had a 2 bedroom space. It was great! After so many full size beds and tiny rooms, it was delightful to have so much space. It’s walking distance to many good eats. You can take a tricycle to the sardine run spot. The staff was super pleasant! Parrots were cool. There’s activities to do like a pool (not heated), ping pong, and billiards too. Order Filipino food if you end up dining there! I’d book the apartment again next time, perfect for families (or adults who love bunk beds too lol).

Wish we had more help with carrying luggages out to the car when checking out, but there was no area for our van to park. The staff helped us carry our luggages from our room to downstairs which is still super helpful! There is an area for larger vehicles to park but our driver and us had no idea how to access it (we understand its a private road).

Fantastic resort exceeding our expectations. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Apartment loft room was easily the best featured and equipped we have found so far in our extended travels in the Philippines. The food was reasonably priced with a good selection of very tasty dishes and good portion sizes. The Resort is set back of the main road which makes it quiet and peaceful, the gardens and pool were very nice The Resort has some beautiful Birds which we found great to watch. The location is great close to everything Moalboal has to offer. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this delightful resort.

We rented the loft apartment and decided to extend our stay but unfortunately it was booked out so we stayed the last night in a superior room. Not really a dislike just poor planning on our part.
