First of all, Harry was my cashier, and he was so funny and personal. He was so helpful, and even when there was drama going on outside, we laughed about it, and it made me comfortable instead of being scared or worried about the drama. I would definitely go back and look forward to seeing him again ! Great employee you have.

The room we were in didn't have a fridge or a microwave. I'm not sure if it was because the room we chose based on price 🤔 it could have been, but I was kinda like, whaaattt ??? It's okay, though we managed 🙂 Harry's customer service, which made it worth it.

I liked being able to pick the location of the room. I liked being able to book online at this motel 6 because the other one was trying to charge me $113 night. I liked the conversation I had with the front desk clerk.

I didn't like that there was an open soap bar placed back in the wrapper and left on the towel. I didn't like that the pool is not heated we wanted a room with a pool for my daughter

Shower was hot with pressure that allows for extra cleaning. Very good. I come to Motel 6 for it being pet friendly. But this time, my ESA was not with me, as she has passed away, after 12 yrs. But I did enjoy other furry babies while I was there. Thx

TP paper could use better quality, blew my nose it went through. Coffee was so bad I could not drink it, get a different brand, or let someone else make it, no offense:)

Room is was clean and tidy. I appreciated the open counter space by the sink.

It was all good for a great price. Knowing what time the complimentary coffee was at check in (possibly on a sheet of paper in writing would help due to the exhaustion of traveling many long miles) would have been helpful in motivating us to leave the room at an earlier time.

Room was clean with plenty of towels & washcloths. There was adequate drawers/shelves/hanging space. The curved shower was really interesting! The man who checked us in was pleasant and did what he could to get our two rooms close together, but we booked REALLY last minute, so that was not his fault that we were not closer. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

I was SHOCKED at how small the room was. I guess hotels have really shrunk with their space. One could not walk/get out on both sides of the double beds, which means one has to crawl over the other to get up. Also, while I understand it, the lack of carpets left a very cold felling in the bedroom area. Maybe all the hotels are doing this, but I wouldn't know since I have not stayed in one for over a decade (early 2000s?).

I liked that they were able to accommodate our small dog with no problem

I didn't like that the floors in the motel seemed quite dirty both in motel and restroom didn't look like they hadn't been swept or mopped there was dirt and hair on the floor. Also ypu have to buy shampoo and soap if needed they don't provide it for you so make sure you take your own

Staff was very helpful, my reservation was cancelled due to a card error but they allowed me to book a new room using a different card when I arrived at the property.

The TV doesn't allow you to switch input, I had brought my laptop to stream shows on Netflix but I wasn't able to display my screen on the TV.

It was a good looking Motel 6 and not like the other ones I see. It fit in with the other hotels that were in the row.

Lack of amenities like shampoo and an ironing board and there’s still the usual homeless guy trying to bother people but the staff quickly resolved it

The room was clean and convenient.

The only thing that I did not like was the fact that there was only one trash can located near the door. That is not very convenient when you need one in the bathroom, near the toilet/shower area or near the sink. I had items to throw away and had to walk to the far end of the room. Otherwise, everything met my expectations. I did have one question. When I arrived, there were two staff members in the office, yet only one servicing guests. I had to stand and wait for the person in front of me to be served several minutes and wondered why the second staff person did not assist me?

The staff where very kind and helpful to my every need even with the location being busy the staff have up my the customers need the customer service was excellent and with the coffee in the morning

Random people walking around the vehicles and making me want to see if my vehicle is perfectly fine and that random people getting close to my vehicle making me uncomfortable
