The breakfast was good. It provided all of the necessary essential breakfast items. The Room was nice, and large enough and comfortable for one person. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked that i was able to open the windows and they had blackout blinds. That was a plus. I'd stay there again.

The couch was dirty, the sink counter top had been broken and glued back together unprfessionally done. The desk had a big piece of wood missing from the left corner. The toilet still had feces in it. That was disgusting... The carpet in the room and corridors were not as clean as one would expect or like. They did not have a do not disturb sign in the room. Nor did they have any available at the front desk.

Breakfast selection and presentation, and cleanliness was excellent. Conscientious employees doing their best to help guests out and make things right. Pool and hot tub area is always clean and fun. Restrooms in the lobby/pool and fitness center are clean. You can use you games console, by asking the front desk for the remote to Change the input on the room tv. If you want more light in your room during the day make sure to ask for a South or West facing room, because the east facing rooms are darker, but being darker they are not as warm. There is a PELOTON bike treadmills free weights and benches in the fitness center, but we used the free weights and medicine balls most of all. My family had a lot of fun and rested at the Hampton Inn.

The accomodations suited our family well, but housekeeping needed to detail the room a little more. We found remains of what appeared to be a food fight in the corner of the wet bar, in the rolling chair cushions, and behind the sofa. I suppose in an attempt to be more green the open areas and hallways of the Inn are not cooled. In the Fall of 2024 there is a plan renovate the guest room baths.

Its a great location even though its not on the beach its close to everything in the 5 Cities area. The breakfast is also very good option. The staff is great and will help you with anything you need. I have stayed here before and would consider staying here again when I'm in this area again. I wish I knew the name of one of the staff members. She has the greatest smile and she is just happy to help you and will make you smile too . Very professional and always busy

The only thing I didnt like was the shower stall in our room,it could use a freshing up.

Great breakfast and staff very friendly!! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Slept very well and was quiet.

The shade over window was broken and needs to be replaced.Bathroom clean but needs update in shower. Very comfortable,staff was very friendly and welcomed you right away. Breakfast has a great variety and the staff kept it well stocked.

I love that the property was so very clean. The staff were very helpful and even though I didn’t get to go have breakfast I was glad I had the option and there is coffee and I love coffee. The lobby was beautiful.

I think if the rooms had some plants in them, it would make it have a little extra touch of luxury. Even if they’re fake flowers or fake tree.

Always nice to have an included breakfast with a hotel stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

A little surprised and disappointed that the bathroom didn't have a tub. Would have been nice to have and to know that beforehand.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast had a nice variety and included a small amount of warm items. All staff was friendly.

Only two things. Bathroom didn't have a vent system and the water was going down the drain slowly.

The hot breakfast available each morning was great. It was decent, and it saved us money when eating out.

My sons said some of the bathroom dispensers that held shampoo for the shower were low or out but I used them and it helps to have these ammenities when traveling, but not a big deal.

This hotel is in a perfect location for us when we visit local family. Easy on, easy off access to freeway. Close to stores, food and gas. The beds were comfortable, rooms had enough room to move around. The breakfast provides enough food that there is something for everyone to enjoy to start your day.

It's a little nosier than some hotels as you can hear the freeway traffic.

Convenient. The employees were all great.

10 minutes running the shower yo get warm water — that’s not very eco friendly! The breakfast was like every other chain now offering breakfast — carb heavy and just meh.
