Good value, good location for driving the Pacific Coast Highway, cheaper than many other places near the coast but decent enough quality for the price.

We didn't have the self service breakfast as the choice was limited to sausage bread rolls to be heated in microwave (I think?) and a couple of other things we didn't fancy, but if you like a hit burger type breakfast it would be adequate, and the price was great considering the breakfast was included.

All good! Very clean, convenient, quiet, and attractive location, updated rooms, polite staff. Nice to have coffee available whenever we wanted. Pool was pleasant and clean too.

Healthier breakfast options would have been great, but not a dealbreaker. Also, my friend requested another blanket, as it was chilly at night and she didn't want to use the heat, as that type of heater tends to off her kids breathing problems; the very kind personnel at the front desk called management to see if they would make an exception, but they would not. It seems a little unreasonable that the hotel couldn't have a few extra blankets on hand, but otherwise we were very happy with the hotel.

Okay, this is not a 5 Star resort, but for the price in the area, I thought the accommodations were excellent. I spoke by telephone with the owner/manager to ask for a room near the office and he politely granted my request. Check in took about two minutes. My room was immaculate. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and besides a small refrigerator and microwave, there was a 55(?) inch TV. It appears the rooms have all been renovated, but the parking lot is a little rough. I'm confident that will be taken care of soon. Checking out took only a few seconds. I liked the property well enough that I have already made a reservation for my next visit to SLO.

Conveniently located for exploring San Luis Obispo and the surrounding area by car. The hotel is quite basic, but good for staying a couple of nights. Parking is just in front and it's possible to walk to the centre, which was great.

Breakfast was very basic and the toilet had some issues flushing. The aircon in the room is also a bit loud.

Sorry a couple hours by the pool, which was nice with a beautiful green hills view. Great location for walking both to the campus and downtown. Love the tasty Jimmy Dean breakfast meals and all day coffee service. New hvac unit worked great Nice shower

A bit of construction noise from the property next door.

Basic room BUT the bed is super comfortable and entire room and bathroom were spotless. Housekeeping brought clean towels daily, which were very thick and absorbent (not the usual for a budget place). No coffee in the room but the lobby had a Keurig machine with very good coffee. The breakfast offered a sausage egg muffin, a few varieties of Danish pastry and bananas. We were pleased with this place and would stay again.

I liked everything! Spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, quiet fridge, white! fresh towels and sheets, good coffee and sandwiches.

All parking area around and the pool was under construction, dusty and uneven but it's not a minus to the quality of a place, just a fact that might be not pleasant for everyone

The room was clean and big. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of space. It was very close to a good restaurant, were we went to have dinner. Although breakfast was available, we've just picked up something to get back to the road.

Although we didn't take the breakfast there, it appeared to have some lack of variety and some of the food was to be heated on the oven...

For the price it was much better than we expected. Comfortable room and beds, clean and easy to maneuver. The breakfast area was very clean and modern with small selection but delicious and satisfying. They also provided bags in case you wanted your breakfast to go.

There were no "grounds" just a parking lot. Only view was of the parking lot. BUT we were only there to sleep since we came to visit family.

Good quiet location. Clean rooms with plank flooring, fridge and microwave.

Upon arrival, property had lots of loose debris due to windy days, but was swept following day. Parking lot aphalt crumbled with lots of loose gravel that tracks into room. Makes property look shabby. Needs door mat. Bright lighting needs dimmer.
