It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Nothing fancy, but we were very comfortable. The hardwood floors are a bonus with dogs. Just bring your slippers. Location was EXCELLENT. It was less than 1 mile to the Mission District. 15 minute drive to either Pismo Beach or Morro Bay. We found lots of places to eat or supermarkets to buy fruit and a bag of salad. For the price, it far exceeded my expectations. Staff was wonderful.

No good television channels that we liked. But if you're a sports fan, then you'll be happy.

Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner worked like a champ.

Room needed a face #207. Paint was peeling off the outlets. The dresser had what I assume was a piece of duct tape across the front from to to bottom that never had the residue removed. In the bathroom, the faucet and handle for the shower were very loose. There was a patched hole next to the toilet that wasn't painted over.

Clean, spacious room, decent pillows, good working heater, two tables with chairs, convenient location, and a nice view out my window of a mountain.

A bit noisy outside with road noise and a constant hum of other units heaters (I’m guessing). The shower had a whine, however I was able to get that to stop after a while.

Convenient location near the college. Jack in the Box and Taco Bell just across the street. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet. The managers are delightful as are the housecleaning crew.

Actually, with the recent upgrades, I have no complaints.

The hair dryer didn't work, (no big deal). There was no lamp on the stand between the beds. (We had to move the lamp from the dresser to the bed stand.

It was just an overnight so we didn't make much use of the facilities but the room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I would definitely consider staying there again.

It is close to the highway so a bit of constant traffic noise was the only downside.

There was no breakfast offered. It would have been nice if it did! No Lobby. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Clean and comfortable beds. Fast food restaurants are across the street to get coffee .

If there was not a bright light hitting our room. We were pretty close to the freeway too; but the noise wasn’t that bad. No coffee in room or offered in The Lobby?

We booked for three people, one person per room on March 26, 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and it’s a great deal for San Luis Obispo.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of food places nearby like Mexican food, Jack in the box and Mr. Pickles (sandwiches). The shower was a good size, got hot pretty fast and was a good water pressure.

The ice machine was broken, but I understand that it might take some time getting someone to go fix it.

I enjoyed the staff being kind and helpful especially during the time when weather conditions occurred throughout the County. They understood they had rooms available as well and always had a smile which helped brighten the day. You're close to downtown amenities as well in walking distance of other amenities.
