All good. The facilities (pool, gym and breakfast) were good. For the value I would recommend this hotel.

What was bad was the early check-in (before 3 pm) charge of $25 if your room was ready. I have never experienced a charge for arriving early to check in if the room was ready. This needs to be made clear to customers prior to making their reservation. If you should arrive early (before 3 pm) and your room is ready, there will be a $25 charge, if you want to check in. This was never mentioned or made clear when I made my reservation. If I had known to prior to my making a reservation, I may have looked at another hotel. This needs to be address by Sands' managment.

The suite was perfect for a family of 4, with a large comfortable king size bed (and a fabulous medium-firm mattress) in the master room with a 2-door junction to the living space, and bathroom in-between. The breakfast always counts a lot for our kids and they were more than happy as it checked all our boxes. We parked 20 feet away from check-in and as it happened, we got the room right above the car park, but didn't hear a car through the evening, night and morning, even from the adjacent street.

Nothing. Maybe a suggestion to make it even better, for this price and the type of room (suites), there could be a couple mineral water bottles waiting for us in the room on arrival?

The new manager at this location is fantastic, my first visit a few months ago I chatted with him as I was booking my room. He was kind, informative, and professional. I was impressed by the way he conducted business and also made me feel welcome and informed about the hotel. This second visit...more excellent service. I'll be staying again soon !

Located in nice area, clean, quiet and pleasant. Staff is amazing, truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. Breakfast is provided daily and is presentable with variation of quick breakfast foods.

Mattresses could use an update or may I suggest updated mattress pads?

The breakfast area was beautiful, while my daughter was getting dressed in the morning, I was able to enjoy peace and sunshine, only happens on vacation. Thank you.

Air condition was loud but adequate. When checking in clerk told us about and offered fans. Wasn’t that bad.very helpful.

Your place is very clean and friendly and nice. Just didn't like that there is no fan in the bathroom, and no plug near the kitchen/bathroom area. I bring my own coffee maker and had to plug it in over by the TV. Nice place though. We will come back. My kid is here for 4 years. You run a good show. I like that you have linoleum floor rather than the gross carpet. Feels clean and fresh and modern.

Newly renovated room, clean and modern. Clean pool with towels and pool toys to use. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day. Breakfast stayed stocked and fresh.

Would’ve liked an additional bathroom available near the pool or for guests to use if their room was in use.

Easy to access, and very surprising facilities for the price we paid. Pool and jacuzzi open in the night was just amazing. Wasn't a room, but a small apartment, perfect for 4 guests, with a whole kitchen and everything, missing only kitchen supplies - probably you can ask in the reception. Awesome breakfast, that only missed bacon.

Great central location to tourist attractions, shopping, and downtown. Only a short drive to get to beaches and historical landmarks. Great breakfast options and friendly staff.

Parking was a little tight and the rooms around the pool (first floor) seemed to have a little less privacy.

The rooom was quiet and had enough space. There were two suitcase stands and a wardrobe with nice hangers. The bed and pillows were fine. The property has a hot tub and pool.

Housekeeping is performed only upon request, which is fine, but the room was initially supplied with just two smalllish bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths and 2 small soaps. This is inadequate for a stay of 4 days, and especially when there is a pool and hot tub onsite. The TV screen was on the small side. The hot tub could have been hotter and the jets stronger, but maybe we just didn't know how to operate it.
