The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. Upon check in you receive a ticket for a complimentary drink at the bar. In turn we ended up spending some extra time (and money) in the bar and the bartender was so sweet even though she was really busy. The appetizers available were really good. The complimentary breakfast was great! Not just the cereal/muffin bar you get at most places. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We got in late and parking was a bit crazy, but it was a very busy weekend.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. The facility was clean and well maintained. Downtown Pismo and beaches were easy to get to by car. The evening reception was unexpected, but a very nice welcoming touch. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered several hot items. The breakfast area was large and offered an outdoor area so guests didn’t feel so crammed in.

It would have been nice to have a second elevator toward the back of the property. Our room layout was a bit odd. The bathroom sink was practically at the foot of the bed as was the room with the toilet and shower. Most suites I’ve been in have the bathroom facilities located between the two rooms.

This hotel was amazing. Very friendly vibe. They had it all. The rooms where super clean and big. I had a whole other room with a whole other television. The showers where great they are huge head for the water to come out. Very nice. The pool was dull with all the kids. And they had a 1ft pool for the babys. I thought that was so neat. Us moms love that The pool was already extra blue in the morning. Maintenance was impressive.They had a good size closed yard for dogs to run in. They also have a bbq area. And they have tons of tables out for everyone to enjoy outside. It was super nice. Breakfast was amazing my tip to other is to make sure to bring a tip for the cooks at breakfast, they deserved it all smiles and where just super fast getting us all in for breakfast. Eggs and sausage with fat pancakes. And potatoes is what I ate. But they had alot more. And thank you for not tasting like hospital food. I swear flavor was just right. They also give you a coupon for a drink at the bar at check in. This place is perfect to meet the family at for sure. Thank you so much for a amazing stay. Can't wait to revisit.

I love the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. I was very hungry when we arrived and there was a Denny's Restaurant within walking distance. The food was very good and plentiful. I loved the nice touch of some one serving the food verses every one serving themselves. Great job!

Unfortunately I acknowledge some employees that seemed as though they didn't want to be there in the dinning room for breakfast. I understand that this could have been because it was mother's day weekend. I am only saying this because I am a chef and I understand this business can be very taxing on our employees on holidays. But sometimes a little smile will go alone way when dealing with a large crowd like the one at your establishment. However the employee serving the food was very professional and I'm speaking about the utility workers that I saw a little unhappy in being there.

Very nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Courtyard next to pool is a very pretty grass area with tables, which is directly outside of the breakfast room. We had a very nice breakfast alongside other families enjoying that area. Pet friendly hotel with a large fenced in area for pets to run (large grass area in-between buildings opposite pool area) Rooms are spacious with separate living room area and kitchenette location. Coffee, Frig & microwave were a bonus. I would recommend this location for families with children. Our family were all adults and truly enjoyed our stay. A very centralized location for shopping and foodies.

When booking this location on-line I couldn't find an option for a handicap room. Or a location for asking for a 1st floor room. We stayed on 2nd floor (cement stairs to 2nd floor)

Spacious room and location were the best parts of this stay. About 5 minutes from the beach and close to a gas station. Parking was free and there were many amenities for the stay. Shower ran hot and had good water pressure. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Breakfast was included but we didn’t eat there so not sure how good the food was. We got a complementary drink to their cantina so that was nice!

Towels in the room had rips and yellow stains and the bedding also had a few aged stains on them. The remote to the “living room” TV was broken but we didn’t watch tv during our stay so that was fine. The screen door to the patio was also broken and didn’t lock. The shower was nice but there are no shelves or hooks inside to place toiletries.

Helpful, courteous and friendly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Lovely design and landscaping, this hotel has a lot of charm. A cantina with free drinks and a breakfast bar that gives you a full free breakfast, which changes daily. There's a pool, spa and work out room as well. Quiet but not secluded, easy access to and from pismo and surrounding areas. Bedroom was super clean and bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Oxford Suites.

We had a handicapped room. The only thing I didn't like was in the shower, the soap and body wash was on the opposite side of where the shower head was and it made it difficult for my husband to shower. I would recommend you bring your own soap if you are handicapped.

The room was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the the free drink at the bar in the evening while our kids enjoyed the free soup they offered. My kids also loved the heated pool. The breakfast was very good, had options for every diet the dining room was large with plenty of tables and seating. The hotel itself is very pretty for just your run of the mill hotels. We will definitely stay here again.

I didn't love that the sink for the bathroom wasn't actually in the bathroom, it's separate in the room with the beds.

Staff is super friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were nice; well designed, comfortable, and clean. The property is well kept and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the complementary touches that were above and beyond such a drink coupons for the bar, breakfast which was exceptionally good and much more elaborate than would be expected for a hotel to provide for free, and a shuttle service into town as well as back.

One of the hot tubs was broken, which I get happens. There just happened to be a lot of children so a second hot tub maybe for adults would have been nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family of six, including four daughters. The location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach and back was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which not only saved us money but also ensured that everyone in the family had a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the cherry on top was the complimentary drink offered to each adult every night, adding a touch of relaxation and indulgence to our evenings. Overall, we were impressed by the hotel's amenities, especially considering the value they added to our family vacation. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.
