It’s was clean and very pleasant.

The air conditioning fan was too loud to watch TV and we were not able to have it on while sleeping during the night.

Bed height to high! No table & chairs even though frig & microwave. Single chair was dangerous because of rollers. Had to sit on comode to put on shoes and socks. Had problems with TV and changed rooms. On hand person curt! Not friendly

Nice and clean hotel, with h24 virtual service (there isn't anyone at the reception, but someone who connects remotely everything a customer gets in). Good location.

There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can get one at the reception. This is just an advice so that you can get it before going in the shower :D

Location was good, right off the 101 and easy to find. Within walking distance of nice little restaurants and Wallmart. The area was clean a felt safe. Views at the back of the hotel were lovely. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. We used the hot tub and pool and found both clean and warm enough to swim even in the evening! The fire pit was a great space to chill, and we made full use of the BBQ too. The only thing that let's the hotel down is the breakfast. It's basically a choice of coffee or juice and a pre packed Danish. Overall a great stay, good value for money and I would book again if it the USA.

Breakfast was very disappointing.

The beds are very comfortable, major bonus. Room had been renovated so all fresh and clean. Had a working refrigerator and a microwave which we enjoyed for late night popcorn snack. Pretty quiet overall given lots of contractor trucks in lot due to fires.

The LED can lights are like super spotlights making it difficult if you are a late night reader and companion wants to sleep. There is only one spotlight over the sink which made it hard to see to put on makeup and there is not a full length mirror. Not a big deal but important as we were attending an evening event, would have been nice to make sure all ok before walked out the door.

The location was great close to restaurants and wal mart. The room was a good size, plenty of walking room and storage for your clothes. It also had a bathtub, so that was a bonus for me. I liked the table and chairs also. Great side tables both had outlets for our phones to be plugged in. The fridge and microwave came in handy also. Great size tv too. It was pretty quiet during the time we were there (during the week) we were on the backside of the motel 2nd floor. We were happy over all with our stay a few hiccups but nothing major that couldn't get fixed. We will diffenitly stay again and let our friends and family know this is a good location. 👍

The pool was dirty with sand the entire time we were there went first night sand went the next day mid day sand whe we left sand..I understand people bring sand from the ocean however, Been to plenty of other locations were the pool was cleaned every morning. A lil disappointed about that. The bed to me was too soft... I felt like I was sinking into the floor. So my back didn't agree with that mattress. However, I didn't notify the front desk. I sucked it up, and we had too many personal things to pack again to move. I will request a much more firm mattress next time and check it out before unpacking.

Room was clean, always had fresh towels. Pool was heated and kids really enjoyed it.

Bed was uncomfortable. First night I could not sleep. Sounded like someone was sawing logs in the next room. The next morning, I was standing outside and noticed that there was some kind of Eletric room or something between my room and the next one. Could not figure out for the life of me how I was hearing snoring coming from a room that was not there.

Location was great. Freeway access right there. Pet friendly.

That they increased their charge for pets from $20.00 per pet per night up to $25.00 per pet per night in 6 months. Waking up in our room to the smell of pot being smoked. We are non smokers, have no problem with people that are! Just don't want to smell it, and being in a non smoking facility didn't expect it. Informed staff, they said they would pass it along.

Beautiful view. Centrally located to the things we were there to do. Our room was #215. Everything in the room seemed clean and worked. The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite.

The water pressure in the shower was low also the shower head looked dirty and rusty. We were there for two nights. After the first night the maids didn't come to the room and remove old towels and replace them with new ones. Maybe this is the policy and I didn't realize it.

It was 5 minutes from Pismo. Panera is walking distance. Bed was comfy, pillows not so much typical hotel pillows though so it’s normal. Beautiful views from the top floor especially sunrise was bright & beautiful. The hotel is sort of on a hill so the views are great. Had really good shampoo & body wash.

I was upstairs so I’m glad I didn’t have to hear people upstairs walking around so that was great. Payed $200 for 2 queen beds which was pretty pricey to me
