Always love the Plaza for the location. Establishment is always clean and well kept. Staff is very nice and polite. This is one of the best places to stay. We are already making plans for same trip next Thanksgiving

Reservations were non-refundable (Booking.com) on a specific room I selected. No big deal, I was okay with that. However, I was not okay that my room had been changed. I did not know of this until the day I got there, and according to the manager on duty, I was supposedly informed of the change. Now maybe the notification went to spam, and I don't know ... but if I couldn't change any of my reservations without a penalty, I feel I should have been comped some for the change that was made (that was not of my doing)

We stayed in room 407. Living room furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking in private parking lot. Grocery store and Pismo Beach nearby. Ice maker in the freezer. Pocket door separates bedroom. Quiet area at night despite being near a private airport. WiFi included. TVs had built in Roku.

Worn non-stick coating on cookware. No kitchen knife but there were cutting boards which made meal prep difficult. Coffee maker used those round filter pouches. Bathroom light would not turn on. Bathtub drain was clogged by previous guests and I cleaned it out myself. Water is scalding hot and does not need to be set that high. No trash pick up and you have to dump your own trash and get a new bag from the office. I would of liked air conditioning but coastal breeze was cool through open windows during our stay.

Excellent location near the beach. We used the laundry room which was reasonable priced. The other guests are considerate and follow the property guidelines. Free parking, WiFi, and cable TV. Our rental had wonderful beach decor that we really enjoyed. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They even came and changed the batteries in the front door lock.

If you have a back apartment, it’s a little walk from the parking lot. So we tried to make fewer trips to carry our belongings. The bathroom is not handicapped accessible (if needed.) The toilet is low and there are no grab bars.

Great value for money. Having the whole condo to ourselves was amazing. Parking right outside the condo. The condo was sufficiently big for 3 people. Fully functional kitchen. Just a very short walk to the beach and vehicular area of sand dunes. Sure the whole place looked a bit tired, but it was all very clean and exceeded expectations for the price we paid.

Some of the interior needs some updating. The "patio" and the "furniture" in it right outside the entrance of the condo was quite dirty. The bed was not very comfortable for side-sleepers.

My young child and I got out of LA from the Fires, Our first room had an issue, and they immediately moved me into an even better suite ! Nanette and Heather were great and made our stay great ! The location is awesome. You can walk to the beach in minutes, and you are so close to all the great things in the 5 cities area. It was a great value to rent a suite with kitchen, you can cook your own food and really have a home away from home experience. really great ! thanks again to all the staff.

I appreciated the location. It was further out, but quiet and the drive was beautiful. The bedroom bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the pull out bed was not. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Over all the room was very nice, comfortable, and most importantly for me with 3 little ones, I was able to bring groceries and that made it possible to feed them there in the full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there and my granddaughters loved it!

Didn't like the lack of water pressure for shower and mattress of pull out bed. Other than that I was happy with everything the room offered.

The location was perfect. Quiet area with a short walk to the beach. The resort was easy to drive to and close to several areas we needed to visit. The living room and kitchen were perfect for the two of us to eat and visit.

The room had a small pod type coffee maker. Not real convenient for two people who like more than one cup of coffee. Beds were ok. The kitchen did not have a great supply of extras.

The property was very lovely and cozy. The rooms were clean, well equipped and even more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. The hot tub and laundry room were clean and well maintained as well. The beach was just a five minute walk away which was amazing. Staff was incredible, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Location near Oceano Beach was wonderful. Took walks to and from daily. Easy access to hwy 1, Grover, and Pismo Beaches. Comfortable and clean. No frills, which was fine. Ceiling fans offer comfort even in hot weather.

Needed a little more maintenance. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. However, repair, when reported, was swift. A couple of table lamps weren't operable. Internet came and went and had a weak signal. Don't expect to work remotely if you go there.
