I wanted a simple hotel with all the necessities. Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, good TV channels, clean and affordable. It’s not a luxury hotel, but I feel safe there and the atmosphere is relaxing, especially after a busy day at the beach. I also like that there are convenience, stores and grocery stores within walking distance. And the beach is less than five minutes away.

The location is great and the staff were terrific. However, what made it great is that the beds are the best in the business!!! i sleep on memory mattresses and that is what they have!!! I strongly recommend they mention it!!!!! I will only stay at this place in the future when i come to Pismo!!

I like where the property is located it was very convenient to the event I was attending. Plus it was in a quiet location compared to my previous stays in Pismo. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very nice even called me when I didn’t request to have maid service to make sure my room did or did’nt need attention. I was traveling for a dog rescue fundraiser and I was very happy to find a place that accepted my 3 medium size dogs and were fellow dog lovers themselves. I will definitely stay here again for future trips.

I liked that it was close to food places a lot in walking distance. The guy in the front office was really friendly in a professional way answered my questions and gave great recommendations on food .

I was disappointed that the vending machine didn’t work cause I was thirsty and it was too late to go to the store .

Check in was quick and easy, our room was very clean and the bathroom was way nicer than I would’ve expected. We stayed with our dog and kids and had a great experience. Location is great; just a 5 minute drive from Pismo beach and walking distance to some restaurants and a coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again, and you can’t beat the price.

Very short distance to Grover 7min walk 5 min drive to Pismo a walk to the monarch groves close to the outlet center and so many options for food

The rooms were a tight squeeze for a family of 4 but it served its purpose would book here again

The people were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean

The mattress was a bit soft for me and the shower did not have a place to put shampoo and soap etc

Having a couch that pulled out ing bed because my kids can't sleep together so usually one ends up on the floor on blankets

Rooms were small and beds were hard

Everything the room was actually very clean and spacious so was the shower it was also VERY quiet which was amazing all around amazing this will be the motel I stay at every time I go to pismo or morro bay it's Wirth the extra drive

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about this place they give you your deposit back and everything

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful. Very excellent customer service. Would recomend this resort to anyone traveling to the coast.

The walk to the heated pool was to far (1/2 mile) and when we got there the waves were to high. The breakfast buffet catered by 7-11 ended to early by 1:00pm. Should have more shrimp and beer available at happy hour from 3:30 to 4:15. Oh, the elevator was not working. HAHA, HAHA Just joking, Nothing to dislike.
