We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. But the receptionist was wonderful here. He was helpful, accommodating and very pleasant. I give him 100 stars!

Despite it seeming a bit questionable when we pulled up. I tried to convince my family that it would be okay. But the room was smaller than we expected, the police also showed up while we were walking to our room. When we opened the door, a musty smell hit and I realized I hadn't booked a room with a fridge and a microwave. We went back to see if they could change our room to one with at least a fridge and microwave, but the price difference was an added 177. So we decided to book elsewhere.

We only stayed one night, but it was super quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was a lot cleaner than I expected after reading the reviews. I’m glad I got to experience the one night that I did! If every other hotel wasn’t already booked I would have never stayed there because of the reviews. I Will definitely be booking with them again. It’s a whole lot less expensive than any other hotel in pismo and not really much different in comfort or hospitality nor is it any cleaner/dirtier than any other place I’ve stayed in pismo! 👍👍👍

Pool isn’t heated 😝

There was no breakfast but they did offer coffee in the morning. Our biggest concern was that the door on room 152 did not close completely and we were worried about that. Also there was no refrigerator in the room and our dogs food needed refrigeration. Other than that it was a comfortable room for 2 adults and 1 small Yorkie. The staff was all extremely friendly and very helpful. I would go back. It was very clean, inside and out.

A refrigerator and a door that locked completely. Even if you had to rent a fridge from them, it would have been better!

The staff was very kind. The entire place was really clean including the rooms and the pool area.

The beds are uncomfortable. The mattress is literally on a platform board no box spring whatsoever. No coffee pots in the room however there is free coffee in the office that’s delicious as well as hot water for tea and caffeine free coffee.

Quiet beds where comfortable. I was able to do my paperwork for work in peace and quit .

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And being in the road for work those are the important things we need for food and keeping things cold ...

Last Minute Add-ons to The Room. Towels, Extra Blanket, Soap, Add-On-Guest, Extra Key, Key Card Fixes, Quarters, Dollars for Vending Machine, Pen for Writing Baggage Claim Tag...Extra Time on The Laundry After Checkout was a Lifesaver.

Smelled Like Bug Spray. Saw a Flea and a Cockroach. Stranger Turned Knob. Someone Knocked on The Door for a Cigarette. (?) Nearest Bank of America A.T.M. was around a 2-4 mi walk. Sink got Clogged, the pusher thing fell... and the shower laminate floor was a little eaten up. High Toliet Water Levels. Besides that Good. ☆

staff very helpful - extra blanket, coffee in morning, directions to services in town room plain/basic but appropriate for a budget hotel and it was clean and things worked!

Fast friendly service from the front staff to the house keepers are very kind and helpful And the location is is just perfect A mile to the beach who could ask for more Thank you very much motel 6 We will stay here again

I love staying here everytime we're in Pismo. Super clean and staff is nice and super helpful. Location is 10/10 !

maybe just the smaller sized parking lot can feel crowded but its a small thing since you're placed in center of town and can walk easily and leave your vehicle in your safe parking spot at the motel.

We like staying here it is close to all the places we love to visit ant nice and close

Actually there was nothing we disliked I requested a certain room and that was the room we got that’s a plus for us while coming to the beautiful coast
