Our stay at Beach House Inn & Suites was truly amazing. The location is unbeatable just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views right from our room. It was quiet, peaceful, and felt like a private retreat, yet still close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, especially in helping us celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The room was clean, cozy, and full of that charming beach vibe we were hoping for. Plus, the price was surprisingly reasonable for everything we got. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with spectacular views, great value, and heartfelt service, I highly recommend this property. We left feeling refreshed, celebrated, and already excited of our next visit.

Loved that it's only a few steps from the sand, pier, &fun places; uncrowded, gorgeous beach; safe & gated garage parking included; big room w/ocean view balcony; a lot of thought went into room decor, & enough beach towels for all of us; perfect temp in room; clean; Keurig w/option for pot or cup; micro & elec skillet, & all necessary utensils, inc full size fridge/freezer; keyless entries so nothing to carry while swimming; friendly staff; Netflix, etc.; numerous elec outlets; really inexpensive for what we got. We made only coffee, so don't know how well all the cooking equipment worked.

Surprised by inability to adjust room temp, though wasn't necessary; balcony ocean view partly obstructed, but this is normal, and other rooms had a full view; shower water was either full force or weak because head was hard to adjust; lack of blackout curtains, so unwanted lighting came in at night; lights changed intensity by themselves; fireplace didn't work, but didn't need it. Guests must wash own food utensils, so beware that they are not sanitized. This is not uncommon, but bring alcohol to spray on because there are so many lovely utensils available.

The view was amazing! It was especially convenient to be so close to all that is great about Pismo. I loved that there was covered, secure parking as well. The kitchenette was perfect and I had all I needed. Everything is within walking distance or a short car drive. The bed was super comfy!

I forgot my phone charger and there were no USB enabled lamps or anything like that so be prepared. The hot water took a bit to get hot at the sinks but the shower was fine.

We like the location of the hotel it was perfect very close to the beach. The room was clean and well stocked.

According to booking.com the room came with six beds, this was false it came with five and one was actually a bed with a trundle. We did call ahead of time to ask if the room had a Keurig or just a coffee pot was told by the older woman that answered the phone that there was both. This was incorrect, there was no Keurig and fortunately we had bought everything for Keurig not coffee pot.

I liked the family room especially taking out baby with us where she could nap away from her siblings in a different room we also drove to Walmart to get food to make breakfast in the kitchen

I didn’t like all the bird poop on the balcony, tables & chairs so we weren’t able to enjoy eating out on the balcony or enjoying our coffee while sitting outside either. My kids weren’t able to enjoy the balcony at all either & they were really looking forward to playing outside when I showed them pictures of the balcony

Suite with sea view was nice and big with a full kitchenette, full sized refrigerator and a big balcony to sit out on to hear the waves crashing. The facility is very safe, you can’t enter without a code and the room was very clean and quiet. The underground parking was very convenient and they had beach chairs and towels available to play at the beach that was just steps away.

The hallway outside our front door had flies so we couldn’t keep door open to enjoy the sea breeze but you could open the door of the patio. One of the beds was a full size and the other was a queen which wasn’t a big deal but for 4 women, it would have been nice to have 2 queen.

Nothing we didn’t like just a few things suggestions…. We would’ve liked to have seen more hangers in the closet as well as hooks for coats at entryway or room. The bathroom fan/vent was not working properly. Also, side gate of premises continued to be left open throughout our stay at different times of the day which felt unsafe even though there was a sign indicating an alarm will sound if door was kept open. There was no alarm.

The accommodations were great. The price was a lot for two nights.

The price it was high. Almost 1,000.00 for two nights. When non events it's much cheaper. You want good customers with good ratings returning to keep clientele prices gotta be reasonable. Especially during these times. Be nice if pet policy would change. Pets are like family add a deposit if needed. I had to leave my pet home and it was very costly on top of the hotel stay. Many other hotels in proximity allow pets. I know some peoples experiences or irresponsible when it comes to their pets everyone else shouldn't get punished for it. Overall my stay was good.

We loved our room it was like having our own apartment it was close to everything we didn't even use our car really love this place we'll go back every year

Room 209 Screen in bedroom needs to be fixed keep popping open so we stuck a piece of paper under in so it would stay put The last thing you want when you're that close to the ocean is to shut your windows at night it's so nice to hear the waves

The property was within a short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, pier and all things iconic to the area. The facilities were exceptional in cleanliness and the means for building/room access made me and my grand daughter feel secure at all times. These condos were beyond expectations and proved to be a hidden gem for a dream like beach stay experience. We will definitely check here first for any future beach town visits.
