Perfect hotel for families. Spacious suites that are updated and very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that the TV's had Chromecast and we were able to stream from our phone. Housekeeping was daily. Covered parking. Free full breakfast with lots of choices. The playground is so much fun. We all loved it. The location is a short 10 minute pleasant walk down to the beach. We would spend a few hours on the beach and then walk another 15 minutes to Pismo Beach Pier for dinner. The pool is small but heated. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had one little hiccup with our room and maintenance addressed the problem immediately. All of this made for a truly stressful free relaxing stay. We will definitely return.

The staff was both professional and personable. The housekeeping was excellent. Although there was some banging noise from the guest room above us, overall it was quiet and enjoyable.

The fitness facility was too small and not enough ventilation. Breakfast was too packed. It seemed as though some people came in and ate, even though they were not staying there. Should require to show room key for breakfast. People with pets should keep their dogs from pooping on the lawns or walkways outside private rooms. They should use a more public area and clean up after their dogs.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with queen beds and courtyard views but were upgraded to king beds with sea view. The room was spacious and the kids loved the sports deck with all the activities. We also enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub jacuzzi especially when the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, we had a really nice and enjoyable stay!

It was a quite a long walk to downtown Pismo but if you have a car, then it’s only a short drive. We like that breakfast was included in the rates but could do with a bit more variety and things like pastries and fruits always seem to run out before the end of the breakfast time.

I had difficulty when booking for vacation looking for a room with an ocean front that also was ADA accessible. This room was great! It was large and met all of our needs. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful views. The upstairs rooms have smaller balconies but still big enough to sit out and enjoy. The included breakfast is extensive and had something for everyone.

The pool area was right next to our room and one evening was very loud. It wasn't a really big deal as by 10pm the guests abided by the pool rules and were gone. I would ask for a room on the other end next time.

Clean rooms, large and spacious. Proximity to beach, restaurants, hiking 5 Minutes walk. 10 minutes drive to many wonderful wineries! Kid friendly. Cookies, tea and coffee lobby which my kids loved. Complimentary use of beach chairs, boogies board, umbrellas

City wide power outage! Was not the hotel’s fault. Staff was extremely helpful during this time. We had to wait 2+ hours for our room to be ready due to housekeeping shortages. However, when the room was ready it was immaculate

Had an awesome experience at this hotel! From our arrival, the ladies at the office were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We arrived a bit before check-in time with friends who also had reservations.. The receptionist informed us that our suites were ready and we would be able to check in early!... Our rooms were booked in two different areas of the hotel. When we asked if we could possibly stay in the same area, she was happy to find our friends a suite ready in our building so our group could stay together. We also needed a big area for parking since we were hauling trailers with ATVs. Staff was super helpful in getting our trucks parked right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels.. The play area was awesome. Our young kids enjoyed it as well as our teens. The gentleman in the office was also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel and its awesome staff. We definitely will be back!

The staff were friendly, anything we needed was accomplished quickly by the staff. There was a great area in the court yard where we played badminton, corn hole, ping pong and just hung out for a bit. The hot tub was perfectly heated, there were fire pits available at request. The breakfast was a full breakfast with soo many options from bagels to eggs, tamales, sausage or even just cereal if that’s what you want.

I did not love that paid parking was not mentioned until we checked out, even though we asked at check in if there was anything else we needed to pay, we were only told that we needed to put a card on file in case of damages. Then at check out she said “it’ll be just the $30 to cover the 2 days of parking” in my opinion, you’d think parking is included in your stay but I would still return to this hotel.

Location was excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great services from the staffs. It was nice soaking in the pool/hot tub when the weather was cold. The play area for the children also excellent for all ages. We booked an ocean front suite so the view was phenomenal! The room was clean. My only comment is that the pull out couch bed really need to be replaced. It was so worn and old. OMG!!! My back felt every single spring on that “mattress.” 😆 Overall a pleasant stay for the family. Thank you.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1-bedroom oceanside king suite with balcony on the second floor during the week (Mon-Fri). We spent a lot of time on that balcony just gazing at the sea. The view was pretty darn spectacular, and it was quiet during our week. The suite had a bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath and there was a second full bathroom in the sitting area. Bedding and towels were soft and plentiful. There was also a small kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, hotpot, and coffee maker. A simple breakfast was provided every morning (coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, potatoes, wheat and white toast, bagels and packaged muffins). The area was kept perfectly clean. Plenty of dining options were available within a short walk, most of which could be reached via an accessible footpath along the cliffs. We're ready to go back!

Coffee stir sticks and two wine glasses were provided, but a few utensils, plates, and coffee cups, along with a roll of paper towels and dish soap, would have made the kitchen area more usable. I would have brought my own if I'd known nothing was provided. Possibly such items may have been available at the front desk but we didn't check as it wasn't a big deal not to have those things.

This Hotel has everything! Katlin (sp) at the front desk made us feel like VIPs. We loved our cozy and roomy suite with a coffee maker, gourmet coffee, refrigerator, microwave, wine glasses, spa robes, and electric water kettle. The breakfast was equally first class. Their beachy decor complemented the classy ocean-view suite with million-dollar views and its semi-secluded patio, where we sipped their yummy coffee. There are several delightful nearby restaurants, and it has walkways to the necessary steps to take strolls on Pismo's pristine beaches.

Everything was great. It was like a honeymoon suite.
