It was a last minute decide for overnight in the city, found the place quickly from a booking app at reasonable price when on budget, convenient for all places needed to go. Even those small rooms it was very comfortable. And the compliment soap was soothing with all the moisture added to my skin.

I understand ordering towels and sheets are very pricey, but the towels were hard and not white like they used to be, kinda looked dirty still. Overall the room was great for us..

Great rate! Had everything! Lots of thick pillows,microwave, refrigerator,and coffee machine for 100 after taxes on the weekend! What a great rate! Nice people running the place! Even let me check in early!! Highly recommend this place if you want it all for 300 less then everywhere else in Pismo 10 min. From Pier. Perfect 10. Been going the a few times now. Diamond in the rough!

There is so nothing not to like ok.

The room was clean, very easy to get to, furnished well. The motel was conveniently located and the property was relatively secure and quiet. The staff was professional and courteous, so we would stay here again.

The lighting in the room was a little limited and dim, not a big deal but definitely would make things more inviting. The only need for improvement here was the mattress, unless you like a really firm bed, they could stand to upgrade their mattresses.

This place is in a great location - 5 minutes away from the Village. While the motel is an older one, our room was very clean and comfortable. The owner, Sophie, was very kind and considerate when I called to say we would be arriving 2 days later than we originally reserved. There are pretty flowers and tomatoes planted at the end of the parking lot which adds a bit of color. We would stay there again.

We thought there was a restaurant or at least a breakfast room. There isn’t one. We had to go to CJ’s Cafe next door, which was a good diner. However, for me, even the short walk was difficult because I am on crutches.

In commercial area with many eateries nearby, soundproof room, auto adjusting a/c, comfortable bed/bedding, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.

Some linens were gray and dingy and need replacement. Coffeemaker could be upgraded to carafe or keurig style. No grab bar in shower stall. Narrow entrance/exit and parking in back of building.

Easy checking in and the experience was GREAT! It is near IMPOSSIBLE to find a MOTEL, that’s right, you heard me right, a MOTEL that has non-Smoking rooms. At this hotel, every room is non-Smoking and that made the whole experience worth it. I will definitely stay here from now on.

There was a smell in the room. Not of cigarettes, thank god! It looked the fridge was left unplugged and the fridge door was left opened, so it had a mildew smell. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again. The shower water pressure is amazing!

The room had a big desk. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave. I tend to cook my own food so this is a huge plus. The cafe in the property next to the Beachway is called CJ's Cafe. It seems to have huge business although I did not get to eat there.

The room next to me started partying at 3:00 am one night. They seemed to be a popular person as well although I never saw the person's face. No big deal. I put on my headphones and listened to sleep music. But I must admit when I got woken up I was a bit peeved. I got over it and successfully went back to sleep.

Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and linens, generous-sized fridge. Easy off-street parking, whole place felt safe and comfortable. Great cafe just next door, and gas station over the road. Would definitely return.

The staff is very friendly the place was clean it was very comfortable all the way around and I love having the restaurant right next door CJ's is a frequent spot every time I'm in town

The spacious room was very clean and smelled great. The bed was comfy and the linens felt clean. The staff were efficient and responsive to my needs.

I really would like to have a hand-held shower head in order to completely remove soap. Also I wish there was a safety handle in the bathing area. The tile floor was slippery and a handle would give more security.
