We took a room with two queen beds and they were very comfortable. The suite was spacious and there was a fridge in there too. Cool room, quiet and away from the road. Hot water in the shower. Near enough to town to walk if you like walking, or easy to drive down the road. Owner gave us an excellent breakfast recommendation too.

Decor was old and a bit tired but I didn't mind too much as the room was so big and comfortable.

The room was recently renovated and very clean. The small windows could be opened to allow a breeze without worrying about security. An additional bonus was that there were several restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was very, very soft and bouncy. Would prefer a more firm bed that did not have so much motion.

Plenty of parking spaces, great location- under 10 minutes walk to downtown, spacious room and bathroom, two extra chairs with a small table to eat on! There was a mini fridge/freezer, hangars for clothes, AC unit was great. Felt very comfortable! Would stay again

We booked the larger room by the entrance. Large, modern and almost private, with no noise from other guests. The room was clean and was newly renovated. The location was great - supermarket and restaurants nearby, walking distance to town.

Traffic noise as near the road. WiFi was out for 2 days. Unable to contact the hotel by phone, email or booking.com messaging prior to arrival. No kettle or tea/coffee making, but we brought our own.

They knocked on my room when I had the do not disturb sign to get an air freshener that the housekeeper left in there? Seemed like something that could've waited until later. Satellite TV was a little finnicky.

Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean rooms. 15 minute walk from downtown. Good value for money.

FRSThe family who own the Inn are the warmest, kindest, most helpful people. The property is exquisite, with blooming rose bushes, succulents and it is pristine clean. The rooms are incredible. So comfortable, tasteful and have every possible need covered. A vanity mirror and counter, a chest of drawers, cold frig, freezer and microwave, a suitcase closet with ironing board and iron, heavenly beds and pillows, a table and chairs, and convenient outlets throughout. The bathrooms are gleaming, large, with high pressure showers and lots of soaps and shampoo conditioner. There are 5 lights and a huge fan. The tvs are huge and new. There's a large balcony to see the mountains. The parking is good and wifi. Its right next to a healthy Cafe and famous hot dog place who have everything delicious at affordable prices. And its 5 minutes from French and Sierra Vista Hospitals. I can't praise them enough or thank the family enough. My fiance was in critical condition and they asked after him over the four days and were so happy he healed. I cannot wait to go back. This Inn is 5 star all the way!!!

The accommodation was quite clean and quiet with a microwave and fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good close to a major grocery store on Johnson street and a nice walk to Downtown SAN Luis.

The internet was spotty and the rom was on the cool side for this time of year. An extra blanket or two in the room would make a difference.

Great location! Quiet and peaceful. Manager was friendly and approachable. Definitely will be back.

Newly updated bathroom. Lovely and spacious.Very clean room, staff on-site and accommodating. Great location. Great value. We will definitely return!

Just a suggestion: The bathroom could use some wall hooks for towels or necessities.
