While I didn't get to use the pool due to its lack of heating and the nighttime, its appealing appearance suggests a refreshing option during daylight hours. Overall, a highly recommended choice for a pleasant and well-rounded stay.

We really liked how close it was to apple farms we had breakfast few times and just the comfort of the beds and space. It was clean and had the amenities that we needed. and staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our room due to noise and getting extra towels. We would definitely come back.

The only thing I would say is getting the hot tub working as the jets did not turn on for us. That was the one thing my husband and I were looking forward to but they said it was not working.

We all got super Itchy after using the pool. On the first floor you can feel and hear everything from the second floor. The beds were comfortable.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here when I’m in SLO again.

The little body wash gel wasn’t enough for one person, let alone three imo so I went and bought a bar of soap that would last the duration of our stay.

Great location. Quiet room. Good price. Reliable internet. Desk person very nice and helpful. Cleaning lady also very nice.

They do need a handyman. The heater was under the bathroom sink. the shower worked well, but the hot/cold handle is in bad shape. One of the lamps did not work.

The pool had little spiders in it, jacuzzi had sharp edges where sit and the deck needed to be redone as you couldn’t walk barefoot because you would get splinters. My bed squeaked every time I moved

Super clean, comfy bed and pillows. We had a quiet night and slept live babies. Plus point for having microwave and mini fridge. Front desk gentleman was kind enough to lend me a charger for my phone, so I'm very appreciative. Great, above and beyond customer service:) Also, parking was complementary and we were 5 minutes from CalPoly, which was the reason for our visit. Downtown was also 5 minutes away.

Parking lot was open, so I initially felt a bit unsafe, but luckily it was a chilled town and all was safe even with parking lot wide open.

Really can't beat the location, and therefore, the bang for your buck for this hotel. It's right there on the strip of hotels on Monterrey St., an easy 10-15 minute walk from downtown. And because it's not right there in down town, it's isn't overtly pricey. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only knock on the place is that the walls (at least in our room) were a bit thin. The first night we were there, the room above us was at capacity and it felt like we were sleeping under a circus. They weren't being particularly loud or throwing a party, you could just hear every step they took and the occasional murmuring. Later in our stay a couple stayed above us and it was still noticeably loud. This wouldn't be a deal breaker, though.
