The room and bathroom were both clean. We arrived early, and when we called the front desk, they told us the room was ready. That was perfect because we needed to use the bathroom. We forgot our laptop charger, but the front desk came to the rescue by letting us borrow one. Kayla and her nice assistant (Chloe) were so pleasant to talk with and kind. Now, we have a go-to place for our next visit to the area (we're also fans of The Great American Melodrama). Not too far from Pismo Beach, a short drive to San Luis Obispo, and walking distance to the dunes/beach.

The Wi-Fi was slow (needed to do work for a couple of hours). Used our phone's mobile hotspot instead, so it's all good.

Check-in was quick and easy. I travelled with children, and we were gifted s'mores kit to roast on the beach. The front desk clerk was so attentive and helpful. There is a Mexican restaurant across the street and a convenience store right next door to the Inn. 5 min drive to the beach. The room was so nicely decorated and there were plenty of big fluffy pillows.

The walls were thin, and I thought that would be an issue because I could hear the guests next door as well as music from the restaurant across the street; but after 8 pm, it was quiet enough to hear a pin drop, and it remained quiet throughout the night even until checkout time by 11 am, so I worried for nothing. There was not anything at all to dislike.

Great beach location with local amenities like a lovely Mexican restaurant across the street plus general store with supplies and beachy items for sale. The nearby 50’s diner on the highway was very overpriced for what was offered so I’d avoid in the future. Solid beach motel, basic but clean and staff were pleasant.

In room coffee amenities were very sparse.

Staff very helpful, we were able to check in early. The location was close to alot of restaurants and shopping.room was nice and recently renovated..

We were missing bath tub mat and washclothes. The floor needed mopping. Staff came right over. There were no extra blankets in room. We were forced increase the heat so sleeping was uncomfortable.

Room was clean, smelled good and bed was so comfortable

After a long drive to reach the hotel at a late hour, the reception desk lady was incredibly helpful. She provided me with water, upgraded my room, and even gave me a late checkout at no extra charge. The rooms were super clean and comfortable.

There was a person that greeted me at the office her name was Irma she helped me be on what I expected very nice very pleasant to talk to very very nice person would definitely go there again just because of her friendship

That I couldn't have stayed longer the weather was really surprising thundered lightning and rain but it was also beautiful being at the coast at that particular time

Convenience store and Mexican restaurant are just feet away from hotel. Beach about a minute or 2 drive away from hotel.

Kept hearing doors slamming in the early evening. And walls are a little thin.

the property was a great location to basically walk to the beach and sand dunes the liquor store is like 50 feet away and the restaurant old Jauns is right next door dog friendly hotel

carpets are out dated ice machine down and a little pricey blankets we’re cheap n room smell was there when u turned the wax melt off but it’s also a dog room so hey

Jessie at the front desk was friendly, helpful & quick to respond to our needs & inquiries. Great location! Felt very safe & comfortable & about 2 blocks from Oceano Beach & Dunes😬
