I like that they gave me a better bigger room when I got to the motel.

I didn't like that the man at the front desk lied to me and told me there weren't any more rooms left when I wanted to stay another night, but then when I looked online I saw there were plenty. Due to this I left the motel and I won't be staying another night at this establishment. Also, the same man almost looked as if he was "put out" when I simply asked him a question. Excuse me sir?! It's not my fault that you don't like your job. Maybe you should get another job and then you won't scare customers away because of how grumpy you come off.

Convenient, affordable. Bathroom was very clean and pleasant. Appears to have been recently renovated. Larger bars of soap would be nice.

Although I did appreciate having the mini-fridge, it was so noisy I had to unplug it at night. Had to pump shampoo and liquid body wash way too many times to get a decent sudsing. Otherwise, all good.

We were just passing through and picked the least expensive lodgings in San Luis Obispo. We had low expectations but were more than pleasantly surprised. Friendly check inn, clean, freshly painted room, piping hot shower with great water pressure, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bed was well made and the cotton bedding almost luxurious. It was comfortable and cozy. The motel is just off the freeway but 5 blocks to Main Street with all its trendy shops and restaurants and also 1/2 from a highly rated breakfast/lunch place.

This motel was basic but very clean and comfortable, a good value for the money.

It was graduation weekend, so there were not a lot of choices and so I picked this because it was close to campus. So I guess Location was the best attribute.

It definitely was not a great value, but that’s because it was graduation weekend. I paid a lot of money for a pretty adequate room.

Jay was very welcoming and accommodating. He even switched my room to another room when I told him about the TV that wasn't working at the time with no further questions and didn't even throw a fuzz. I find it very common with all these front desk personnel out here in SLO at least. But Jay is genuine and very helpful as well. Although the hotel is decent and much better than budget Inn I still think it needs some upgrading with their furnitures and perhaps change the carpet or do some deep cleaning. It smelled like molds.

The carpet and the pungent smell of the room itself. The AC was loud and you can tell it needs some fixing. And it didn't help because I am a light sleeper.

The hotel is located close to the freeway exit and was easy to find. After checking in we headed to our room. We reserved the family suite and the room was very roomy and not cramped and was clean.

The air conditioning unit where the King size bed was located was not working very well and we could not lower the temperature settings below 74. The weather was hot the day we checked in and wanted to cool the room as it was very warm inside the room. The air conditioning unit where the twin and queen side beds was working well because it got much cooler than where the king-size bed was at. I think the ac units should be upgraded.

The stairs. I requested downstairs because it’s hard for me to carry a suitcase up and down (I am 84). Mgr told me you have to show up around 10 a.m. to get downstairs even though it states your check in time is 3 pm. Guess this is actually a complaint.

Felt clean, nice basic room. Even after after coming in late, staff was happy to help. They worked with my accommodation I asked for. Will book again. 1 minute from Taco Bell. 2 minutes from decent gas.

Bed was a bit small and squeaky

I was pleasantly surprised. For a room rated a 2, that was far too low a rating. The beds were wonderful. A real cotton quilt with a top sheet above & under the quilt, + the fitted sheet of course. They all were a very high thread count, at least 800 and so comfy. 4 queen size pillows per bedThe room came with a fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board, coffee maker & coffee. The towels were abundant, thick & thirsty also true cotton. There was shampoo and lotion & a BATHTUB! A very good air conditioning unit. The internet was extremely high speed. I ran a test on fast.com and it was 130 mps. I was blown away. It was the least expensive room in the area. Every room was full, but I never heard a sound thru my walls. I go to SLO for my job 3 times a month. I will return. I was so pleased I made a point of going into the office to thank them for the great room, I’ve never done that before.

Maybe a soda machine would have been useful. No swimming pool. I really don’t have much to complain about. There wasn’t a bath mat, so I put one of the towels on the floor. The bathtubs hardware was a little old and run down but it did what it’s supposed to. It filled the tub

Very quit. Was able to sleep well and get the rest I needd for work the next day. And the staff was very friendly.

I booked 3 times with them online and was forced to move from the first room I checked into. It was just a hassle for me to move my things from room to room early in the morning, Causing me to miss my bus ride to work. So I had to catch a later one. Causing me to be late for work.
