Staff were friendly and professional very late night checking went smoothly. Terrific location big room and wuiet. Excellent breakfast with lovely skilled waitress a great start

Attempted dinner at hotel shambles. They only staff one waitress for entire restaurant plus bar. We wound up leaving as we watched guests wait and wait. We ordered instead from Door Dash. This good hotel deserves upgrade in servers at night. People who have no car since they are arriving or leaving from airport across the street would welcome better attention to this for a good evening dining experience

The ladies on the day shift working the receptionist desk were what made the hotel extra special, the lady in the dining room was working her butt off, and I could understand her shortness when I asked where the coffee bar was located as I was not told this when we originally checked in. The room door lock was giving us BIG problems shortly after checking in. At first the gentleman working the early evening shift at the reception desk believed that we may have held the key to close to something magnetic, which we did not do. After 4 times of being locked out of our room (when both keys failed to open the door), is when the male receptionist realized it wasn't the keys at all, but finally realized the key reading lock on the door needed some dire attention, which he informed us maintenance would check the lock issue first thing in the morning. Sadly, we were checking out that morning, however all in all, the hotel was very nice and was a bit more than I expected. Everyone was exceptionally nice, so YES, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Having to pay for breakfast... event a continental breakfast would be better than nothing, especially considering the cost of the hotel. Some small things can make a big difference.

Location of course to the airport, but the whole atmosphere was great. The check-in was smooth and the young lady that checked me in was very courteous and helpful. Also, the fellow that was at the desk when I checked out was helpful as well. Being from south Georgia I wasn't used to the snow, so he had to put up with my silly questions about what happens with schedules and stuff. I was just very comfortable at this hotel. The restaurant had excellent food! Dinner and breakfast. The walkway from the airport to the hotel was definitely a plus. I stepped outside to touch real snow and once that Maine wind hit me I quickly retreated back inside. The room was comfortable and warm and I slept peacefully. I didn't even hear any planes!

Honestly, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The hotel looked a little dated from the outside, but once inside the atmosphere just made it very appealing.

The location Is about perfect. The staff was friendly and available for check in even if I arrived late in the nightl.

I did not realize that the parking is shared with the airport and the guest is required to pay. This aspect should be made more evident to the customers when they are selecting the premise and it should be reminded at check-in time to avoid surprises when the guest checks out

It was so nice to walk straight across to the hotel after getting in around midnight after an all day travel day. The rooms are large and bed is super comfortable and firm. The whole hotel is super clean. We also enjoyed the workout facility the next morning - all the workout machines are clean and updated and all in all it’s a fantastic place to overnight around travels.

Breakfast, coffee/tea station available all day, location, wonderful staff, well kept grounds and very comfortable rooms.

Didn’t like the smell of the shampoo & cream rinse and towels were a little scratchy. (But that’s just being a little nit-picky). However, we were on ground floor and first night nobody was above us, but on 2nd night someone checked in and you could hear them walking around & talking. Would request 2nd floor next time.

We loved that it was attached to the airport with an early morning flight. Easy to drop off a rental car and walk to the hotel. Bed was really comfortable.

The bathroom sink and shower kept clogging. Maintenance came tot he room and said he fixed the sink but it still clogged. The staff were friendly but when we asked how much time we would need to get through security at a small airport and being this close. They just kept repeating the TSA of arriving 2 hours prior. They must be trained not to tell guest that it is a small and easy airport to get through.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Super easy to get to via the skywalk from the airport.

The person who checked me in did not mention that the restaurant was closing an hour early the next morning and I missed having breakfast. I got in on a late night flight from Europe and was starving when I woke up. Had to wait for my ride at noon before I could eat.

The location was great—easy to get to when I arrived on my late night flight. My friend arrived an hour earlier, and she could go right to the room without waiting for me.

The instructions sent by booking.com made it sound like there was one breakfast option for $20. In reality, there was a full menu with a lot of options.

Room was very spacious and bed & pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated the number of soaps and shampoos as well.

I felt bad for the one server/bartender at the hotel restaurant. She did a wonderful job given the circumstances but it was kind of baffling she was by herself on a somewhat busy night.
