As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. Check-in was a breeze! The best part was being told that on weekends, they do 12 pm check-outs instead of 11 am! After driving for 13 hours, that extra hour was VERY much appreciated! Ample parking! The lobby is immaculate; they also have a good sized snack / drink section that includes treats in a freezer! The room was very clean, organized, and spacious. It had everything I needed. The bed was soooo comfortable that my stiff and painful joints (from driving so long) just melted into it! The pillows were surprisingly good too. When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Good location for visiting family, spacious bedroom/bathroom, comfy bed - liked being on the ground floor near pool area and reception. Breakfast was ok, a different selection of items , Tea and Coffee available at reception to help yourself and the ice cold water was also good. Pool area was ok and plenty of towels. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful with what was available in the area :)

Some guests were a little noisy as they went to their rooms / room above us we could hear them moving around a lot

The beverage nook as you walk in the door and the cozy lounge area with the fireplace was nice! I like that there were snacks and drinks available to purchase at the front desk. The water bottle fill stations in the workout rooms were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was very good and the attendants did a great job keeping it replenished!! The bed was comfortable and our shower was nice and clean. Loved the tile pattern in the shower and the extended shower rod. The soft light bordering the mirror was great for makeup application and I like that there was a light in the shower as well. I loved the personalized message with my name on the TV when arriving as well as leaving.

I think there should be some sort of fresh air ventilation system put in the pool area as the pungent smell of chlorine was suffocating as soon as you opened the door. My 11 yo son complained that it made it hard to breathe and it was so strong that it burned his eyes. The towels ran out at one point. Our fan in our room didn’t blow warm air, and the fridge didn’t seem to cool

Staff members were very helpful and pleasant. They were able to locate us close to the lobby due to minor mobility issues and also gave good dining recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a great location, but we were afraid there would be traffic noise. It was actually very quiet. The breakfast was more than we were expecting - mini quiches were fabulous! Great ice cream right across the street didn't hurt!

We did find both the bathroom floor and the shower floor to be quite slippery.

Full breakfast reasonable check in and out times. They had an excellent pool area that was open early and late. The room was comfortable and clean.

The only thing I didn't like was the room we were given had a view into our room from the indoor pools wrap around glass enclosure and vice versa. We could smell the chlorine and if we opened our curtains they could see us and us them. We were uncomfortable and as a mother I would be too ify kids were in that pool and whoever may be in that room could stand at their window and watch. Or be. Doing inappropriate things people do in hotel rooms and my child see. We kept it closed.

Staff was friendly. They let us choose which floor we’d like to stay on. Room was clean and comfortable. As the hallways were quite long, there were lots of different stairways, so you could use whichever was most convenient. Overall a great stay.

Walls were quite thin and we could hear people talking in the room next to us. Wasn’t a problem later in the night though as they would’ve been asleep. Windows were very large but had no screens and could be opened completely. We were on the top floor, so it could be a safety hazard if they were to be used.

The room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing, exceeded my expectations for a hotel bed. I stayed in a pet friendly room and it was conveniently located on first floor very close to a side door entrance which came in handy when letting my dog in and out without having to walk by guests or workers. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean with many towels available. Staff was very friendly and always happily willing to help with anything you need.

The only thing that would have improved my room and stay would have been if there was a microwave provided in the room. There was a microwave located in lobby that everyone was allowed to use, but that really isn't the most convenient. I never used it, however if I had had one in my room I would have used it.

I love everything about this hotel, we stay here when we visit our daughter, and we always have to bring our dogs, so this is such a great place to stay. The staff is so wonderful all of the time and there is always someone at the front desk even in the middle of the night, I feel so safe and that is worth all of the money in the world.

We could have got a better price if we just called the hotel. When you go through booking.com you get the price you get you can't get discounts.

The room was really quiet, especially overnight, where other hotels we could hear people in the rooms next to us. The room was spacious, and room/bathroom were exceptionally clean! We were able to use the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. Plenty of towels so we didn't need to go in search of them as needed. Excellent, courteous staff that were very helpful when needing supplies and answering questions. Awesome weekend!!

Breakfast to be served until a later time. Or for items to be available if it was missed. I missed all the breakfasts. My husband is allergic to dogs. Perhaps some areas of the hotel to be pet free?

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels and I must say, I slept wonderfully here. The bed was like a cloud! Also, the shower in the room was really good, too. I liked how they had full sized shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of those teeny disposable ones - great for the environment AND my wife and daughters were actually able to have enough product to effectively wash their hair after swimming in the pool. And lastly, the breakfast was phenomenal! There was something for everyone (even my pickiest child) and the staff was extremely quick refilling items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, etc. My wife, kids and I were stuffed and ready to start our day.

The only thing I would say is the flooring around the pool was extremely slippery and I almost slipped a couple of times while walking with my baby in my arms. It made me nervous for my kids (6 and 8) that they may fall in the pool, or hurt themselves. But the pool itself (and the hot tub) was great! Very refreshing and relaxing!
