The choices available for breakfast allowed all three of us to find something we liked. The only issue was that on the first day the eggs were cooked in such a way that the eggs were dry and tasteless. The second day they were scrambled and so much better. There was only wheat bread available for toast. Not everybody likes or can eat wheat bread. I was not able to have toast at all because of this. Even the french toast was made with wheat bread. I couldn't eat that either. The staff were all friendly and helpful if they could be. I say if they could be because there was one issue I had in the room that they just couldn't help me with. The design of the toilet made the front higher than the rest of the seat. This caused the seat to be too high and made it impossible to sit comfortably. I asked at the desk if they might have something I could rest my feet on while using the toilet. The guy looked but they didn't have anything. That is what I expected but he did try and without acting like I was being unreasonable to ask. We have stayed here before and will again when we want to stay in Bangor. Keep up the good work.

The toilet design. It was painful to sit on because of the front of the seat being too high. I am of average height so it's not because I am short. It was worse for my daughter because she is shorter.

Location was great by the highway where we needed to be, stores are close by, restaurants are close as well. Very clean, quiet, nice hot showers, AC works great as well. Staff was friendly and polite. I would recommend this Hotel!

Didn't have a shelf in the bathroom for clothes so used bathroom sink counter to hold clothes to change into. Would be nice if they left cleaning wipes in the room for table tops. Room was clean but having kids in the room would be idle to have something to clean up.

Great location! Price was right and we found accommodations to be fine. Not fancy, but just enough. If you love waffles, you’ll love the breakfast. It’s a little bare bones but was enough to hold us off until a later brunch. We will be back.

Elevator was down, which wasn’t a deal breaker for us but I did wonder how those who couldn’t climb the stairs would have made it to their room. Might have been helpful to know when booking. Suggest that staff round a bit as it gets late. We had a group of loud men (hockey dads) outside of our room for hours past midnight and no one else seemed to notice. As a single female adult it was an uncomfortable situation because I didn’t want it to be clear I had been the one to complain.

Very clean ... awesome breakfast, which included... Eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, different cereal choices, oat meal , boilded eggs, muffins, danishes, waffels, coffee and juices. friendly staff.. They clean this place on a regular, kept up with the rugs in the entire place to keep the salt and sand from the winter off the floors .. not many places I have been to do this .. we were very impressed with this place for sure !

Lovely room, made a special request for candy to be in the room for stress eating before my Nursing Boards, which they accommodated with no extra cost. Water was hot even on the 3rd floor. Beds very comfortable, staff friendly and go above and beyond when you have requests!

Only negative thing, and its cosmetic, was a small part of wallpaper was lifting in the bathroom. Which was likely just because it’s a high humidity area, and the water is hot, unlike most hotels, so the steam is probably to cause for the lifting.

Great location, near Hannaford, Denny's, Starbucks, the highway, Las Palapas. The room is big and comfortable. Great wifi and cable. Snacks available all day long, great coffee.

I was there for three days, wifi / cable were out for half a day, but this was not the Hotel's problem, it was weather related.

Clean, no animals allowed ( almost) I asked the time before if they had animal rooms and they told me NO but that next morning, what did I see but a dog IN THE HOTEL???? . My dog IS EXTREMELY TRAINED would never go to the bathroom inside but I thought well no animals means no animals right but not true ??? . Mixed messages correct? But clean rooms VERY important, nice location with restaurants in parking lot , staff was sufficiently friendly but not overboard . Value overpriced but what isn’t today under our leadership? Best is Clean and great location for the area !

We were very satisfied with the room. It was comfortable and clean and big enough to accommodate four adults. The breakfast that was included had plenty of good options. The WiFi was good when we were connected. It was very convenient staying here because the location was right in the downtown area with lots of things to do.

The only thing that I would suggest to make the stay even more enjoyable would be to add a pool. Also, each time we left the hotel and came back, we had to reenter the password for the WiFi in order to reconnect. It would be nice if it automatically connected after the first time.

The Comfort Inn offered a clean, well-maintained, quiet, and very comfortable room at a reasonable price. The front desk clerks were kind and helpful. My husband liked the breakfast.

Staff was great and very friendly. Very clean comfortable rooms while traveling. Breakfast was good. Impressed with the attention to details to make your stay great. They also had a washer and dryer which was a plus after traveling, hiking and for 2 wks.

Everything was great. I do feel a bit over priced for the level of hotel but I would still stay again.
