The 2 staff members that I had encountered were YOUNG and FRIENDLY. I really liked that. The CHECKIN was FAST. In all of my years (give or take 20 years) of travelling and staying in motels/hotels, this was BY FAR the fastest and easiest check in I have EVER experienced. The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean. And the SHOWER HAD PRESSURE!

I got lost a couple of times in the building. I find the layout is a bit confusing, and the signage isn't clear. I received clear directions on what number entrance door would put me the closest to my room. BUT, I was on the second floor. And to find the stairs that led upstairs by my room was NOT clearly marked and so I did a significant amount of walking before I accidentally discovered the actual stairs that would have made it more simpler.

Great location. Great staff. Kids had fun in the pool. Nice pool. Dwayne the maintenance guy helped us in a big way! My 12 year old daughter got a ring properly stuck on her finger. He tried so hard to help us and was so patient. We ended up calling the paramedics, and they got it off, but Dwayne was there the whole time for support. Thanks Dwayne!

It’s a bit run down. Our A/C didn’t work and as a woman of a certain age, sleeping in a cool room is paramount lol. Other than that, everything was great!

We enjoyed our spacious hotel room. We got the King suite. It consisted of a King sized bed and a living room attached to it. With three fridges and two flat screen TVs with a private bathroom and bath/shower

The pool area was spacious but there was green algae by the window. We did have to wait for someone to wait on us when we were first checking in. But overall we enjoyed our first night so much on the super comfortable beds that we decided to stay an extra night

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! We had a late arrival and check in was extremely easy, even with one of the staff offering to go to the store for us in the middle of the night to get our toddler milk! (We didn’t make them do that, but it was very kind!) The room was extremely clean and comfortable and beyond our expectations after having stayed at some more expensive places during our road trip, this was actually the cleanest and most comfortable room. The bathroom was beautiful, bright and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Only problem I had this time is I always book a suite . The biggest one they have and this time they gave me a different suite . Which on booking was cheaper than the one I paid for . Not happy about that . Paid for the largest suite on booking and got a step down and still paid the price. Also I asked for late late checkout even if I had 2 pay for it: anytime I asked in the past . Which remind you I go there every couple months . I’ve been able 2. This time I was told no cause they don’t do that for suites and never have ? Other than that was the good stay it always is …

Staff was excellent. Very attentive and extremely quick to attend to our two requests. We flew in after midnight and the shuttle bus was prompt to get us and driver was friendly. Night staff super nice. Morning staff was kind and helpful. A real breakfast restaurant inside! That made the coming day so much better. Restaurant staff were fast and great with the kids. Great stay for the price.

The hotel is getting older and tired - and aren’t we all - but room/bathroom/bedding was very clean.

Customer service was excellent!! On demand, 24/7, free airport shuttle with friendly, helpful drivers made a huge impact (arrival flight was delayed and landed at 2am - they happily came to get us). Amazing front desk staff, and also very clean! Actually free (not $7) water bottles in the room!

It's generally a little worn around the edges, but if everything is clean (which it was), this doesn't really bother me. No elevators - not an issue for me, but could be for some.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for all of our 4 meals. Food was grreat! Could offer more salads & veggie dishes. Happy hour 2-6 was great! Loved the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Driver Dwayne was great! Loved we got hotel staff assistance (Kaylee) getting Uber to and from the casino, after having experienced difficulty with that.

Some sort of very basic & simple complimentary breakfast- Like juice, cereal, etc.

The staff is always very great to me I see them on a regular basis they always check in with me. Service always makes my day going to that hotel sometimes the price does flux a little high for the value. But still can make it worth it by the outstanding service.

If I really had to pick on something the WiFi is very slow and it does bum me out that there is no microwave. Bathrooms can be a hit or a miss there have been a couple times where the shower would have a little hair tied around the shower handle.

The room and beds were comfortable.

I'm not sure if they don't have a driver who didn't show or if they just don't bring people to the airport that early. We booked a shuttle early in the am. When we arrived 3 mins before our time. The person working at the desk said the shuttle diver didn't want to wait, yet the shuttle was out front. They booked us an Uber. Which was greatly appreciated. If you're going to book an Uber that early in the morning in a small city, please let us customers know the actual situation. Instead, we waited 10 minutes for our ride.
