The staff were friendly and efficient. The parking was incredibly convenient for our room. They allow dogs, which was required for my stay and the room was very clean, if not a bit outdated. Geaghan's pub is in the same building as the hotel, so easy to get food whenever they are open. The casino is about 200 feet away from the motel, so easy to walk over and check it out.

Bangor, as a city, has really gone into a depression. The homeless population has increased significantly and they have been badly hit by the opioid epidemic and bath salts. While mostly harmless, it can be very unnerving.

The room was clean , but there were stains on the tv stand that at first glance looked like it had not been wiped down. Very off putting. The hotel is right next to the casino and the Cross Center. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

We were in a smoke free room but there was obviously someone smoking, possibly in the room below us as it was very strong in our bathroom. This is an old building and definitely needs upgrades

The location is great for going to concerts. Having a restaurant attached is another bonus. I wish the restaurant stayed open later to visit after the concert.

The room could have been cleaner, I am a housekeeper and I know things can be missed or overlooked. Having another helper check the rooms would help (two sets of eyes are better than one). I wish the restaurant was open later to go have a drink after concerts.

Location right off freeway.. Had nice walk pathway across river. Convenient to gas, Dunkin donuts, McDonald's etc. Ask for top floor room and got room on end which was nice.

Room smelled musty.. Suggested they use plug in fragrance to enhance freshness. Furniture was dated

At first the aged appearance was very noticeable, but it was so clean and well maintained that it turned out to be not an issue at all

I was happy with everything. If you are looking for a place with a pool, bar, or exercise room, than this is not the place for you.

The room and hotel was very clean and check in and out was very simple and easy. The entry and exit was very convenient. Neighbors were quiet.

Air freshener in the bathroom would be nice. Two k-cups per person (not decaf) wound be appreciated Also bagels or snacks I the morning would be nice.

The room was big, we liked the fireplace. Showerhead had good pressure and flow. Older place, but very clean. The Pub had excellent food and service.

Street out front was closed due to construction, so had to take detour around. Can go out several doors but not in, even with key card.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was quiet. Lovely room. Whole hotel was beautifully furnished.

From England we are not used to eating with plastic utensils.. a bit 20th century and 'cheap' for us.

Great location for attending the event at the Amphitheater. Easy 3 block walk to and from event.

Confusing parking due to location and event parking for the Amphitheater but on site staff very helpful. Facility could use some TLC. Adequate for my needs.
