The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. He was super friendly. (Sorry I forgot his name) Rest of the staff was also great! Breakfast was good both mornings. Room was clean. Pool was nice and warm but wish there was a hot tub. Location was great, nephew was in a basketball tournament and the complex was less than 5 mins away. Baseball game and Kalahari are also nearby. Definitely will stay here again.

Great price for a very clean and well maintained hotel. When you drive up it may not look promising but our stay was extremely comfortable. Our hotel was spotless, the wifi worked great, and the staff was so nice and willing to help with anything we needed. Pool area was clean and well maintained as well. Breakfast had multiple options and coffee was always readily available. You're also in a great location right off 35 in the middle of Round Rock so getting anywhere is quick and you've got several dining and shopping options nearby.

I had no issues with this stay and can honestly say there was nothing that bothered me.

Friendly, great location. My favorite was the up-to-date large screen tv. Which I enjoyed casting using there wifi. And the breakfast was so good. I have to say this was just as you'd as one of the more expensive rooms I've been to considering the whole experience I give them a 9. Would been a 10 but there ice machinecwentcdown all night on both floors and I need my ice.

The ice machine went down all night both floors. The staff was extremely friendly but very little english. And the house keepers was so nice and but second and following days it was a little difficult to get your necessities refreshed ect.But this is if I have to find singing less than good.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Easy access to room with parking right at the door. Room was very clean and tidy. I loved the precheck in by message!! It was nice to receive a WELCOME message too. I actually used the messaging to request extra pillows while we were away from the room, I was answered immediately and when we returned, the pillows were waiting on us on the love seat! Amazing guest services!!!! The breakfasts were nice, not a large buffet style, but very accommodating with a pretty good variety of hot and cold foods , juices, milk, coffee, tea etc.

Personally, I didn't care for the coffee. But I am from Louisiana and love a deep, dark roast coffee (Community Brand). So if you are the same, the coffee is a little weak. But if you enjoy a mellow cup of coffee, then I am sure you will enjoy it. Just a matter of opinion and taste differences. It was fresh, hot and ready for you to enjoy!

Everything was amazing since day 1, the room was clean, no foul smell, the carpet seemed clean. The pool was very clean my kids enjoyed every moment. The best part is that I was able to have my dog 🐕 with us in the room. Thank you so much for making our first time in Austin 💚memorable.

What I did not like was a lady and her husband that I guess live there, she was 1 or 2 doors (I think 108) down from 105. She would always be outside with her husband smoking 🚬 weed and being nosy and kept going to the front desk to snitch on other people. She was complaining about my dog barking when it was daylight and we were having breakfast.

Room was clean, staff was great, my room was taken care of daily, I did not have to ask, the bathroom and toilet were of suitable size, no openings in the door when closed. This is my 3rd stay since being on booking.com. Each experience has gotten better My 1st stay being the worst.

Only thing I would have like is to be on the 1st floor. I did not request it or it known though so I don't hold that against anyone there. Also I slept through breakfast on the weekend. Again my issue not anyone there.

My 82 year old Mother who suffers from Alzheimer's disease inadvertently left her wallet at the front desk when we checked in. We didn't realize the wallet was missing until we were almost to Dallas on our way back to Kansas City. We called the front desk and to our delight the wallet was there. We drove back and picked the missing wallet up. The wallet still had over $150 in cash along with several untouched credit cards. We are so grateful for the honesty of the front desk workers at this hotel.

I liked TV. Was the biggest part of the room. Also had a medium size fridge with a microwave. Perfect for what I needed for the last few days. Next door to a Mexican restaurant as well.

Most hotels even hiltons have terrible shower heads. The water pressure was great but small shower heads. Also the coffee pot should be on the desk and not the bathroom. (They do have coffee in the lobby)

Great breakfast,clean and quiet location. We are in a state of emergency because our power was knocked out during a recent storm. We are local to town so we needed something cheap clean and affordable while our electricity was repaired. It took longer than expected and I even had to book an extra day. The staff was super helpful. It was a nice stay.

The toilet leaked a bit. The turn in was difficult to find as signage was behind a large tree.

We always stay at this property when we are in the area. Great rooms for a great price. Several great food locations within walking distance or a very short drive. This trip our A/C wasn't working in the room and they didn't have the space to move us and they brought in a whole new A/C for the room for us!!! James, the front clerk at night, was amazing! He was so accommodating and nice despite me having to constantly ask for more coffee for our room. He was definitely the best there during my stay! Rooms were clean and neat. Property also has smoking rooms with is a big deal when traveling with my mother.

Quite a bit of road noise, but there isn't much to be done about that!
