It was clean . Employees were friendly as well

The only thing was the. Outside parking was very slippery cause of the ice and dangerous especially for a handicap person. Would appreciate if you guys put something around the parking lot where customers park for safety measures. I saw there was like salt inside the entrance halls but for our safety it should be safe outside the parking lots. Other things was signs for the ice machine should be label on top of the halls by the entrance door of the ice machines and by the halls pointing where the ice machine is located . Other than that everything was good

The room was comfortable and clean.

The front desk clerk was not friendly nor helpful, and we waited 15 minutes for her to come to the front to check us in. When she did show up she did not greet us, she gave us the key card and said any information we needed was inside.

Great hotel. Have stayed there a few times. Staff is always wonderful & helpful. Great facilities also, always clean. Great beds!

My only problem was that at check out time (7:45-8:00), myself and 2 other guest waited about 10 minutes, trying to get someones attention at the desk. I finally dropped my keys & left. Had to call back to the property on Monday to get a copy of my bill sent to me. Which they did fast & friendly!

The front desk staff was very helpful & friendly. I loved loved the bathroom & all its personal touches. We got to the bit breakfast very late so we just got what was left. I’m sure it would have been amazing if we would have been there sooner. The room set up was great with a nice nice fridge. I hate the tiny little ones. The microwave & Kurig were perfectly located with the fridge. All hotels should model themselves after your room set up especially the bathroom & its perks.

My husband saw a spider in the hall & he didn’t like that

Great location, clean room/bed, pretty quiet, and decent breakfast provided in the morning. We stay here every time we visit family in OKC and it hasn’t disappointed. The front desk staff this visit was great!

Only complaint is that the bathroom walls around the toilet were not properly cleaned.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast smelled amazing. I didn't have time to eat but did see they had real food. Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, all the basics.

Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Some cosmetic damage. Shower safety bar rail to be broken but was intact. Good breakfast.

Motion sensor over the bed was uncomfortable/ creepy. Not sure what purpose it served

Staff was fabulous, and patient with me and the lack of entry key accessibility I can keep up with. The Breakfast was fabulous!! Please tip the wonderful staff. There isn't a pool but there is a gym. The rooms are quiet and clean, slept well.

Breakfast is short and too early, or not long enough

it was way bigger than we thought it would be. also my daughter had left two stuffies. we live in Missouri before we left we told them we had some more activities planned for the day before we were leaving. they called, and texted, and messaged us on here to let us know. my daughter loves her stuffies and I’m so thankful they were so quick to get them back to us.

It was clean, spacious, safe, and had great amenities. The breakfast was awesome. There was even an area where you can buy snacks, drinks, ice cream, and frozen foods. It was super helpful after a night out.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
