I love that this hotel is in the middle of Mt Austin, makes it very convenient to visit the different cafes and shops around~ but of course the convenience comes at the cost of noise at night since Mt Austin area is still very much alive into the midnight 3 am due to the karaoke just below this hotel, but I am not a light sleeper so the noise becomes like white noise to me so its fine but for light sleepers, this place may not be suitable. In the morning before 10 am, there are some light breakfast like bread, eggs, biscuits, coffee and tea provided at the reception area. I love the spacious room for 4 people and the beds were huge 👍🏻

The location was convenient, with easy access to food and a supermarket. The room rate was also very reasonable. Despite the karaoke bar downstairs, the room was well soundproofed, I couldn’t hear any singing.

There was no fridge, and the rooms were very close to each other. I was disturbed by people knocking on my door as early as 8 a.m. for fun. The single room layout also felt a bit awkward, with the TV placed directly in front of the bed. Not recommended if you're not comfortable with small room concepts.

I recently stayed in one of your Twin bedrooms and wanted to share some feedback. While I enjoyed my overall stay, I found the arrangement of the basin outside the bathroom to be quite inconvenient. The floor around the basin easily gets wet, and the area remains damp throughout the day, which can be uncomfortable. Additionally, it was disturbing for the other person sleeping when I needed to wash or brush my teeth. Overall is fine. Room TV connection isn’t well.

Superb location with many food options, massage parlors, hair salon within walking distance.

Stayed in the family room no:58, while the room is generally cleaned, the bed frame was dusty. Toilet paper was not sufficient for 4 pax usage for a 2D1N stay (which we use the tissue paper in the room). No washing liquid/soap provided at basin area. And the flooring of the bathroom & toilet has the prickly feel (uneven stone surface). For toilet is fine since we can wear the bedroom slipper in, but for bathroom, its an issue.

Check-in was a breeze even at 1130pm as i made a note to them beforehand that i'll be late. The person at the check-in was welcoming and the whole process took less than 10minutes. The room was clean and spacious. Even though the hotel was situated above a karoke, we could not hear the noise from our room at 11pm.

The hotel being located at a lively night spot makes parking difficult so we opted for the daily charged carpark at the open area behind the hotel. The walls in the room is thin, we could hear when the room next door came back or when they played music at the lobby during breakfast.

An unfortunate incident happened this morning around midnight (12/5/25).Fire alarm went off, smoke from the 3rd floor bin. People will evaluating. According to staff, someone had thrown a lighted cigarette into the bin, ignited the flame and caused so much smoke. Hope they have caught this culprit, fined this person heavily! If this fire broke out, I can't imagine the outcome.

There is an economy Karaoke lounge service at the ground floor. Cosy design of the hotel and hotel room. Can access U-tube from the TV. Serve coffee and tea at the hotel lobby (level 3). Nice and variety of mini mart, restaurants, bakeries, drinks and KTV lounge.

The flooring in the bathroom was a bit spiky and painful although it provide a very good non slippery & safe base.

Location is great with lots of nice food and karaoke nearby. Liked that my hotel room is tucked away in a corner away from lobby or corridors with high traffic.

I found that the toilet bowl was a little rusting and during a shower, the toilet doors did not prevent water from seeping outside. The common corridor speaker was also right outside my door and the music could be too loud at times. There was also a huge tv in front of the bed but no channels to watch.

Location was walking distance to many food places with supermarket right below which is really convenient. Beds were really comfortable too! Fuss-free stay
