Property is so nice. Best place to stay, the views from here were incredible, I could just sit there all day relaxing at the cafe. Staff were so friendly and they had the cutest cat Fiona there who enjoyed lots of cuddles.

We booked the cheapest room so we were expecting much, just be aware the mattress is on the floor so can be uncomfortable, I just recommend paying slightly more for a better room. There were quite a few ants in the room, we had to use bug spray to kill them, but I would say worth it for the view from this place. Quite far out, very difficult if you aren’t comfortable riding motorbikes.

This stay was absolutely stunning, the views and outdoor seating was incredible. Such a relaxing and peaceful environment, only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pai. The owner was so lovely and friendly and having the cafe there was such a great addition! Everywhere was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, really good value for money!

We was a little bit hot in the rooms as they don’t have any air conditioning and my boyfriend couldn’t stand up properly as the room wasn’t the tallest (He is 6’1 so if you are smaller you wouldn’t have this issue!)

The staff were incredible, they were hard working & kind. They were all women staff which made it a safe and homely environment. The inside/outside areas you could use all day, the food was great and the view was the best in Pai.

The room we stayed in was small, I couldn’t stand up, with just a mattress (even though that was comfy). The shared bathroom could do with just some freshening up every now and again.

Incredible views of Pai, great for watching the sunset with a drink. Very friendly staff and delicious food in the cafe. About 20 minutes on foot to get into the centre of Pai. The room was clean and comfortable with a strong fan so it never got too warm.

The bathroom downstairs could be a bit cleaner but it's to be expected when sharing with 3 rooms.

Amazing sunset view from the cafe, they provide 1 coffee/drink free per day, at 23 usd this is the cheapest nice property around Pai

The cheaper option hut was on the roadside, it was made of straw so almost no sound insulation. This meant I could barely sleep at night with the road noise as well as any dogs barking and roosters crowing all night. This maybe a problem only with the first hit next to the road, the others inside might be better. I would still highly recommend this stay esp if sounds don’t bother your sleep.

Building work on site was bit noisy and disturbed the view. The attic room is very small and has low ceiling and the stairs down to the bathroom are a little unsafe. But comfortable for a couple of nights for fair price.

Best view in town in a super chill cafe/restaurant. It was a really peaceful stay, we enjoyed since first minute there. Lovely service, delicious coffee, nice and clean room, you wake up with the sound of nature. The room was fresh at night perfect to sleep with the fan and the window open with the mosquito net (may 2024)

beautiful views, run by a lovely wife and daughter duo who were so kind and accommodating and can help with all your needs. comfortable room and incredible cafe that looks out onto the most amazing scenery. a quiet oasis just a short drive from town

The view was amazing, the room was very comfortable and a great size, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and we had such a great time we extended our stay from 3 nights to 7 so definitely worth every penny and is the best place to stay in Pai!

Best place to stay in Pai! Facilities are super modern and clean, the lady who holds this place and the staff are all lovely and kind. Breakfast is amazing and and the coffees served there are delicious! We'll come back for sure to look at this view from the Cafe again
