The room was beautifully designed with an attention to detail that created unique atmosphere, I loved the vibe. In addition to the amazing aesthetics, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. I can’t wait to return!

As a vegan guest, I found it challenging to eat anything at breakfast since there were very few plant-based options available. I had to eat somewhere else even though I had payed for the breakfast. It would be wonderful to expand the breakfast options, as it would make the experience more inclusive for guests with various dietary preferences.

The breakfast was nice and fresh. The hotel is really clean and it was warm in the rooms. The location is great! I liked the pleasant restaurant in the hotel! Its nice place to meet with friends.

Some staff was really indifferent. It would be nice people smile to you and be warm on Christmas eve! Also it was not pleasant situation with the toilet lid. We broke it and when wanted to pay we were told to pay 150 euro. At last we agreed on 80 euro, but I feel myself like fooled by. As it was quite cheep.

Very nice and delicious breakfast. Area was quite and it is perfect for couples, family or friend group. You can also enjoy delicious dinner at the premises of hotel as there is also a restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All hotel is designed with art pictures, which you will never see in any other hotel. Design of the hotel and its premises is really outstanding. All in all, we would recommend staying here.

The hotel is super charming and small. It’s situated away from the centre but still very commutable. The most wonderful experience came from the lovely, friendly team at the hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When there was an issue, they solved it with grace. Massive thank you to Emanuela who helped every time. I cannot wait to return.

Beautiful, cozy room, very comfy bed and nice heating! Bathroom also great with really satisfying hot water supply. The hotel is very close to metro station with only like 3-4 stops to the center. Great breakfast and very nice breakfast venue Also fast response to my online questions

When I did the reservation I mistakenly took the Deluxe double room instead of the deluxe superior which was larger and, for some reason, cheaper. After not finding an option to correct the mistake online, I wrote to the hotel asking for the change and they directed me to Booking.com although Booking was directing me to them. I would like the option for making such changes in an easy way.

Breakfast was good, hotel itself is beautiful and the hotel staff was very welcoming

The heating system was loud and making noises all the time, but it wasn't even that warm inside. Arrived on a day when hotel Restaurant is not working, so had to go somewhere else for food.

Room decoration was unusual and breakfast was amazing in beautiful conservatory/extension.

Every towel in the room had hole in it! Unfortunately I couldn’t have a meal in the restaurant as there was a wedding planned for evening and restaurant was closed all day - bit disappointed as after long travel and in the really hot weather last thing I wanted to do is to venture out and look for good restaurant.

My room was fantastic — really really big and cosy. I felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The bed was super comfortable and the Wi-Fi handled the two conference calls I had to do without any issues.

Not much to point out, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the sound insulation isn't the best. I could hear the people in the room next door having a conversation fairly clearly.

Room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, location (near the Warszawa Wschodnia train station) - everything worked perfectly well for me, I have no complaints. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again if I had to follow the same itinerary and spend 1 night in Warsaw before hopping on a train to Ukraine.
