The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet — it’s set in a charming village above Bormio, away from the busy tourist spots. The view of the surrounding mountains is absolutely magnificent, and it’s a great base for bike trips, as long as you’re comfortable with the fact that it’s about 300 meters above Bormio. The landlord was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The room/apartment itself was nice, clean, and sufficiently spacious — exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and the working ones were the standard Italian-style plugs (which is to be expected, of course), so our chargers didn’t always fit properly — and, as usual, I had left my adapter at home.

Excellent and not busy location, very, very pleasant and professional host who waited for us until late at check in. Excellent ly furnished apartment, attractive views for Czechs. A rich, all-inclusive breakfast, especially many kinds of cakes. In the vicinity of many marked routes to run, bike, hike. An endlessly long cycle path for training (about 4 km from the pension), A big and free parking place next to the pension. Sunbeds outside. We used wellness. Super. Bormio is interesting city with a history, with shops and a treat. We had a great time. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed this stay.

Great people, we arrived really late but they waited for us and gave us great welcome. Apartment was really nice, everything you wanted was there. Restaurant open downstairs if you wanted to eat. would stay again. Nice walks around.

Fantastic location and personel. We really felt like home. Great view of the mountains from the room and wellness area.

It was a pity that Sauna was off, even though the wellnes area was really great. Maybe during the winter.

Very kind owner and staff. The restaurant is very slow, but pizza is excelent. Building is quite oldiesh/rustic , but rooms are clean. Nice surrounding, recommended.

Our room was located in the attic, had a very nice „mountain atmosphere” and a beautiful view of the mountains. We spent a very nice time there :) Delicious breakfasts and friendly owners. Thank you for a nice stay :)

Lovely view and super friendly host! Really good breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant. Free spa facilities that had all we needed. Outdoor area was also nice and peaceful.

A little bit out-dated rooms, and could have been nice with a couple of chairs in the room.

- Very small bathroom with some mold on the ceiling - Host was kind but did not speak one word English making communication difficult - No bug netting for windows (and no airco so needed to open windows a bit) - Weak WiFi - Somewhat old fashioned interior and generally not much space

The owner are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was delicious!

Salvatore is the star of the place, so friendly, so welcoming, so empathetic. His residence is absolutely lovely with a nice playroom for children, a gorgeous breakfast buffet, a delicious restaurant/pizzeria, everything is spacious and warm. The apartment was perfect for us 3.
