Hotel reception and bar good although traditional. Excellent secure garage parking for our motorcycles with cleaning/repair facilities (probably for bicycles). Short walk to town. Room had mountain view. Breakfast was fabulous with freshly squeezed orange juice, cakes, muffins, fruit, bacon, eggs, coffee. Staff pleasant and helpful.

If it wasn't painted blue it would have been hard to find as it's set back from the road. Corridors and bedrooms definitely need updating. This put us off having a meal here. Room at back of hotel backed onto residential houses. Some noise from arguing residents.

The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. They went out of their way to help us with concerns and even squeezed us in for dinner after our arrival was set back by heavy rains in the mountain pass. The decor is cozy; the entire ambiance was befitting a stay in the Alps and, although we stayed in the early autumn, I would think that this would be such a warm, happy place to come after a day on the slopes. My favorite thing was the outdoor seating areas and garden; it's peaceful and beautiful. We're so glad we stayed here!

Baiti Clementi was exceptional! Tucked into the centre of a postcard town, this hotel had incredible views of the mountains from the room, character, charm, an amazing breakfast with so many options, wonderful staff and a was a short 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here so much! Would definitely book here again!

The breakfast was very nice and rooms extremely comfortable. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed sitting outside the bar area on the veranda.

Nothing of note, possibly the restaurant could have opened a bit later, but it was off-season.

I stayed here middle of june. it was not season. So maybe that's the why I can feel this hotel is quite peaceful and really reasonable price. Anyway Room is quite big and has the terrace that can see beautiful view as tourist. So I can feel Bormio enough even in the room. It was one of the impressive hotel to me during traveling around Europe. I would like stay here next time also. (Taking a bike into the room was also free. It's so perfect as cyclist.)

Evening meal is a set menu. Also, there are no listed allergens on any food options. I would have expected a hotel with this star rating to provide suitable foods to cater for the major allergens.

The hotel has an excellent location. All the staff are really friendly, everyone was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good, the was plenty to choose from, I loved the juice and fruit selections. There is a secure garage with a specific bike room and bike wash area which is excellent for cyclists. I loved the spa / wellness area too. the jacuzzi was really good after cycling all day. Towels, robes and slippers were a really nice touch. My room was very pleasant, clean and quiet. The view from my balcony was stunning. There is a ski equipment room too, a large lounge, card room and a lovely garden to relax in .

On the phone in the room there are no “dial 9 for reception!” How are you supposed to know! No price list on the fridge / I thought the water was complementary!

We felt very rushed at breakfast even though we were there at 08.30. The staff were clearing away the breakfast items before we'd finished our meal.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, as it had a lot of variety and everything was fresh and ready-made. The staff was very friendly and open to meet all our needs and requests. It was very clean and tidy. The Hotel's location was perfect, as it was one minute walking from the city centre!

Nice staff, always helpful, perfect and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a little bit “tired” and requires some renewal. The shower can door did not close properly, but was fixed as soon as we have reported it.
