The entire experience was great. From the checking in to checking out. The cleanliness, the breakfast, housekeeping. Everything. The spa should not be overlooked. We've had a very relaxing time at the hotels spa. The sauna is great. Very important, the hotel has a breakfast/bakery attached which serves excellent coffee as well as the food. Don't miss on that. Ah, also the parking is great and the storage room for bicycles is very welcomed. I will definitely visit again. Tip: The tapwater is drinkable in Bormio.

Very nice rooms, well furnished. The washing machine was a welcome surprise. The room was spacious and cozy. The spa area was very nice and welcomed on a cold day after a descent from Stelvio Pass. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Although I'm used to buffet breakfast, the in-room breakfast was great. The food was great and plentiful. The bike storage room was very useful and so was the underground parking. The hotel is extremely close to the city center. Pretty much 1 minute walk. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. We look forward to visiting again.

The atmosphere, the staff, the coffee shop / bakery downstairs and obviously the view and location makes this place unbeatable. We actually changed our travelling plans in order to stay in this hotel. We have been here before and I think it’s safe to say we will becoming back again.

It was a delightful way to start each day, enjoying freshly prepared dishes in such a beautiful setting. I do highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious escape. The combination of great hospitality, exquisite rooms, and delectable breakfast truly sets this hotel apart. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Amazing! We stopped in Bormio for lunch on the way home from a 2 week road trip and were so impressed with the surroundings we decided to stay the night. Choosing this hotel was the best decision as the staff, room and views were amazing. Breakfast in the room was a very nice touch and there was so much to choose from. I was blown away when they arranged to send a birthday cake to the room after learning it was my birthday the following morning. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.

Knowledgeable staff who gave a lot of useful information, spotless clean very comfortable room, spa with good Mountain View with two kinds of sauna, special breakfast delivered to the room, very good location that’s few minutes to old town shopping street but quiet neighbourhood, secured basement parking with bike storage room that can be locked, kitchen had everything you need, everything was great!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, it was vey clean, cozy and fives the feeling of privacy and exclusivity. Each room has a designated parking spot so there is “competition”. Booking the SPA of the hotel makes for a private experience as only one couple can be there at a time. As a bonus there was a scenic view from the balcony.

The breakfast, delivered fresh to your room was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. Occasionally, it would have been nice to have breakfast elsewhere on the property - I'm sure this would have been okay, but we didn't ask. We were cycling every day, so the benefit of being able to store our bikes, use the bike room facilities and being able to wash clothes in the machine in our room was a bonus. The view from our first floor room was majestic, but we were at the front of the building, which was great for people watching but a little noisy especially in the morning if we left our windows open,. The staff were all very helpful and considerate.

The only tiny moan was the TV. It was difficult to use - we had the staff in the room on a number of occasions. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a higher grade TV, the ability to access Netflix, YT, etc,

It is an amazing place - the room was vey comfortable, clean and the location is very convenient to the center of the city and also for day trips in the area. The staff are very welcoming and they helped me with some car rental issue. I would come back to this hotel again.

Everything, it was sheer luxury in every way. We loved the washing machine, mini bar that was stocked every day,the enormous breakfasts, the balcony, the super comfortable bed and the fantastic location.

We would have loved to have breakfast with the friends we met there but the tables in our room were not big enough.
