The hotel was located in the centre of Bormio. Large underground parking with individual garages. Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Lift to all floors. The restaurant was lovely - first class food (which was a fabulous surprise) The restaurant manager is worth his weight in gold. The choice at breakfast was once again amazing- what more can I say!

The hotel was almost empty having come to the end of the ski season, but we were unfortunately allocated a room next to the building renovations and were woken at 7am on a Saturday morning by builders! Otherwise a great stay.

Lovely room with a unique bath on a mezzanine level. Breakfast was beautifully presented and catered for all needs. Egg menu was delicious. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Bike storage room had a great wash facility and safe storage. Absolutely delighted with our stay here - wish it could've been longer!

I thought I had booked a balcony room but didn't get one. Some work is getting down on the outside so there was a little noise but nothing significant. Could maybe do with tea/coffee making facility in the room but there was a super bar on site

As it was pouring with rain when our cars arrived there wasn’t enough parking for us . Asking reception about this we discovered an underground garage . However the steep descent to enter the garages would not be possible for our low cars. I also did not know there was a nightly charge for the garages anyway. Staff for the restaurant were not as amenable in serving us as we would expect . Friendliness and helpfulness is needed in a Hôtel.

Very helpful staff at the reception desk, rich breakfast with plenty of choice, daily cleaning of room, garage box available on request (at cost), historic town in walking distance, great gelateria next door

Booked this on a whim while traveling with a group and it was a treasure. Located right in the middle of Bormio, the location was perfect, right off of the main road but enough to where there was little noise. The exterior was decorated with flowers and looked wonderful. Inside was even better. The lounge downstairs had wood paneling and deep couches and was cozy and welcoming. The front desk staff were on top of everything and so helpful with everything we needed. They had a massive bicycle storage room in the basement that was clean and secure and had everything we needed to store our cases and bikes. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional and the food was fresh and fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bathrooms were large and the showers had great pressure. Had a wonderful time here and hope to return!

Access to the hotel was a bit limited due to road works in the area, it is in the middle of town, the hotel room was excellent, the restaurant was closed in the evening, the hotel staff were very help full in pointing us to some local eateries, the breakfast was excellent, as it did a cooked meal as well as a cold buffet, parking was excellent as it was in an underground garage, very secure as we were on a trike, ideal if you are motorcyclists.

Great location for those intending to drive the Stelvio Pass. Friendly welcoming staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. Lift to all floors. The bedroom was of reasonable size and spotlessly clean. No shower but the large spa bath had a shower attachment. Secure underground car park (extra charge) gave my friends and I peace of mind and goodnight sleep. We ate in the restaurant and had a superb meal of venison accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine recommended by the Maitre D. Shall book again for the next visit.

A classical ski resort hotel with a contemporary twist. Faultless service and a wine list to wet the appetite of the diner. Rooms are airey twice the size of a chain style hotel and spotlessly clean. The central location allows access to the many other restaurants bars and shopping.

Everything! All staff were very helpful. Staff at breakfast serving us was a real treat. Great array of food as well. Room comfortable.

It’s a bit dated, needs refurbishing! Parking is a nightmare for motorcyclists. You have to collect the buzzer from reception to get In and Out, and return it every time. Sharp turn down the shiny driveway is a bit difficult to manage if wet & slippery. At least it’s free parking. Shower over bath was difficult to use if not having a bath.

location is great - everything in the centre of Bormio is accessible.

parking is tricky - there is a small carpark outside but the main car park is underground which is pretty big when you get access. you will need to get a remote control for the barrier from Reception before being able to access the underground car park. There’s some waiting space at the front of the building so suggest you pull up there and organise.
