Room was comfortable & very clean. Lift available for luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with and excellent choice to choose from. Coffee / tea bought to the table quickly. Hotel had a bar and restaurant both of which were excellent. We had an opportunity to taste some local wines which was fun and informative. Hotel is well appointed for the village of Bormio, bars, restaurants and shops. Bormio beautiful, very old with lovely cobbled streets. Well located for ventricular to slopes. Slopes 5 mins walk or free bus that stops regularly outside hotel.

Wonderful hotel! The breakfast was amazing – a wide variety of choices, delicious food, excellent coffee, and impeccable service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Absolutely percfect location - the ski lifts and the centre is within a short walk. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and pleasantly exceeded expectations with attention to detail.

Unfortunally, we accidentally chose a room that was too small for a ski holiday, as we didn’t notice the size difference when booking (economy), last time we stayed in double room which was great.

Our experience at Hotel Baita Dei Pini was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cozy and impeccably clean. It was thoughtfully designed with a woods theme that allows you to fully relax on your vacation. The bed was large and plush that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to the shops and town centre. It was only a 5-10 minutes walk to the Bormio Ski. Perfect spot for a ski trip! One of the highlight was the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety offered was superb and everything was delicious. The buffet featured a delightful mix of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, and cereal. The juices, coffee were the perfect accompaniment to the feast. If we are coming back to Bormio for holiday, we would definitely go with Hotel Baita Dei Pini again! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Hotel is located in an excellent location, near the center. Its beautiful place , warm and cozy, beautifully decorated. We goat a family room , it was very spacy very clean and with two bathrooms. The place offer a wonderful breakfast with a super service from the staff that are extremely nice. We travelled by car and hotel offers its own parking that is related with the hotel with an internal elevator. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the food there is superb. It happened that my girls forgot personal items after we left the hotel and I'm impressed with the communication and the dedication of the staff to find them and to take care to post the item in the address given.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baita Dei Pini. A special thank you to the reception team for giving us a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The location is excellent, right in the center of town. The interior is beautifully designed in alpine style, which makes the stay even more special. Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly, and the parking is convenient — even suitable for motorcycles.

The hotel location is central and close to the cableways. It's clean, the bedroom was brand new and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast I have seen in a long long time: variety and quality of ingredients. I personally have appreciated the selection of honeys and seeds for the fresh yogurts. The staff was always nice and polite.

We had to pay extra for the parking and for the spa. It wasn't a problem but it wasn't mentioned anywhere.

While I praised their breakfast, dinner was just OK. And we had to wait 1.5hrs for our food as they prioritized a big group. I deducted a star because the hotel sits on a busy road and you can not open the windows at night. Also, you can not get lunch and the bar is somehow not really welcoming. Our room was nice but a bit too small for my liking. We had a good stay but not very good.

We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

The place is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is great, the staff are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For summertime cycling visitors, the basement has a dedicated secure storage room, a bike wash area and a nice work stand.

The room was very cramped for two, especially for people on an active holiday with lots of cycling/hiking/skiing clothes and footware. There is a spacious balcony but that wasn't usable as storage during our stay because of rain storms. Another gripe is that the room was very warm at night but it wasn't possible to leave the window open due to street noise (which the windows did an excellent job of blocking out).

The loby is nice and cozy and the breakfast is delicious, with many options to choose from. It’s close to both city center and gondola and it has nice view to the mountains.

Not all rooms (from the same type) are refurbished and the old ones don’t look like the pictures. They are very clean though.
