Extremely helpful personnel both at the reception and breakfast room. Whatever was requested from my side was solved in a best possible way. Staff is bringing a lot of value to the facility. All over: well prepared and kept room, fast wifi, tasty breakfast

It seems the breakfast facility is a little bit smaller than optimal for the size of the Hotel: sometimes you shoud wait for the free table. Thanks to the team working for breakfast - the tables were cleaned and prepared immediately after the previous guests left and waiting time was never exceeding 5 minutes.

Great discovery, the hotel itself and Bormio as well! Even though we arrived quite late, the reception was still open and the receptionist was kind enough to give us helpful information. He also suggested a bar that could still serve us a meal at those late hours, which was also a good experience. We went to Bormio off season, but could still find the location amazing. I am sure during the winter it's even more spectacular. The hotel has also an underground parking, which you have to reserve beforehand and pay for, but it was important for us to know that the car and our belongings are safe. We happened to find the lobby and the breakfast areas under construction, but we were informed about it beforehand and it didn't cause us any disruption. The breakfast was one of the best ones we've had in a while at a hotel, and the staff were impeccable. The room was spacious and cozy, and we loved the fact that our room had it's own private terrace. Too bad we only had one night to enjoy it. Very happy to have had the chance to stay in this hotel, and would definitely love to return!

We chose this hotel as a stopover on our way to Tuscany in Italy and it was a great choice and they also welcomed to our two small dogs. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice too. The car park is also situated under the hotel which made it easy to move the baggage about. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were excellent, and I cannot rate them highly enough. This place would be grateful for any time of the year to explore the area And it was very close to the centre of town. Thanks

Architectural and Interior Design are excellent.. Quality of the materials and finishes. Comfort of the rooms. Feels like new and perfectly looked after and cleaned. Very attentive and nice staff. Great breakfast.

Just a few notes worth mentioning although the experience was excellent. Limited facilities. There are no common spaces to be around other than the small lobby and the cafeteria. We are a big family with lots of kids and this was not ideal for a ski trip.

Amazingly helpful staff and very well designed hotel - close to the slopes, all necessary amnesties are provided high quality furnishing, dark rooms good mattresses and pillow, beautiful bathrooms.

The only improvement suggestion I have is that there should be more of a thermal barrier between the windows in the bedroom and the bed, especially on the corner rooms. Since there isn’t a traditional radiator present one side of the room can get quite chilli during the night.

Perfectly located for ski slopes, for old town, for choice of restaurants. Comfortable room with all the necessities plus thick dressing gowns. Fabulous breakfast open from 0730 until 11! Evening bar if desired. No dinner suited us and meant hotel focused on bed, breakfast and service. And there’s a sauna and steam room (extra charge).

One room couldn’t be split into 2 singles which was disappointing but coped with made up day bed. One room sky box not working but after skiing and eating out who really cares!! A/c controlled centrally and turned off for emissions reduction in spring. WiFi was a real problem with difficult/absent connection but bank holiday weekend and hotel waiting for telecoms engineer - our sympathies rather than frustration! Parking in underground garage is extra.

I didn't read clearly , my mistake , that there was not a restaurant on site that served food other than breakfast. It said it had a bar, which it did ,but no food was served even snacks. So after a long overseas travel that was a disappointment to not have any options for food onsite

The hotel boasts a prime location near the telegondola and ski rental, with underground parking available at a charge. While the hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner services, breakfast is provided, though it tends to cater more to those who prefer sweet items and could benefit from more variety. The rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a couch, ideal for families with children. The large bathrooms were perfect for enjoying long, hot baths. However, the sauna service is quite pricey at 50 euros. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, reflecting the pleasant demeanor often associated with Italian hospitality.

On the other hand, the breakfast team seems less cheerful, possibly due to the morning rush and the stress of ensuring everything operates smoothly.

We loved the style and feel of the property. The timber lined walls throughout have a calming and clean feel. The stone floors are lovely. The location was just right for us, a quick walk to the Main Street, yet on the quiet side of the river with access to other restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Probably the best breakfast I had so far. Rich with home made bread and pastries, the omelet was good and service always friendly. Clean room and very accommodating for us to take a shower even after checkout.

No air-conditioning. I had to leave the window open and in the summer even though is at altitude it can be quite hot. For that matter most hotels will not have AC but still at this price I would have expected it. Next time will double check when booking.
