So in general a very good stay, excelent location, noce room size & is a well kept facility.... We would go back :)

The only issue we had was a very noisy family in the room next to us, but to be fair the hotel staff went up and spoke to them which good, so a very minnor thing but something that does not really reflect on the hotel itsef....

Fantastic family run apartment hotel. Super helpful and friendly team with an excellent breakfast buffet as an option if you don’t want to self cater in your apartment. Spotless clean and beautiful environment to relax, outdoor spaces were equally good to relax and the location was perfect for my cycling trip

The single bed was difficult against a wall and meant I couldn’t spread out like I do in my own double bed… this meant I woke more thru the night and made it a little less comfortable. However it would be difficult to make the bed bigger but maybe there would be a more comfortable bed/mattress to compensate ?

Very close to the ski lift, very nice and helpful staff, free parking, large ski room with ski boots drying rack

Minor details about the missing kitchenware equipment, promptly solved by the staff.

First, I do like Bormio. Nice place, everything was working well. Terrace is a plus. Big ski-room and parking. Close to the bus stop, but walking distance to the cabin to Bormio2000.

Location is excellent, staff very helpful and easy to communicate. Breakfast really good selection of food

The position is absolutely perfect, in a quiet area very close to both the pedestrian area and the lifts. Staff is kind and caring. The apartment was well organised.

The apartments are quite dated and a bit more care should be put in checking that all is OK before guests arrive (the only bed side lamp was not working, there were only 2 knives, some dishes were dirty, the plastic table cloth was broken and fixed with a piece of adhesive tape). The acoustic insulation is very poor. In the ski room there are not enough places for the ski boots
