The room was very nice, quiet with low neighbouring noise. The balcony was a great treat to have and spend the evening and enjoy the sunsetting as the cool mountain air takes away the heat of the day! The bathroom was massively specious and the shower was excellent! The carpark was 10/10 very easy to find and use. It enters exactly opposite the reception. Just advise reception and they will get you a code. The Owner/operators were very helpful and able to assist me in English as my Italian is less than helpful! They were kind and gave nice clear instructions for my stay. Check in and check out was very easy and we're very helpful in getting me checked out early so I could make my journey. I would definitely stay again if I was to be in this area.

The bed was a little hard for my taste but overall it never stopped me from sleeping well, it also wouldn't stop me from staying here.

Location was superb. 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Parking next door was very convenient. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We travelled the Umbrail and Stelvio pass on our motorcycle and the route was only 10 min away. Breakfast had nice variety with choice of eggs. Great town to explore with gorgeous scenery.

There was no air conditioning but we could open the windows.

Excellent location. Free, easy parking. Good breakfast (could have been better for GF (gf bread was stale, I bought my own). Lots of nice, fluffy pillows.

Staff could have been more proactive for breakfast. They didn't ask us what we would like to drink or offer to cook eggs etc. It was on our second day we realised we could have eggs. No kettle in room, so couldn't have tea or coffee other than during breakfast.

The B&B Hotel is in the middle of Bormio, with its own private parking area, and is easy walking to anyplace around town. We had a secure storage area for our bicycles. We had a family suite room, which was very spacious, and a balcony looking up at the ski slope and beautiful mountains. The family run hotel was very helpful during our stay.

Location, everything is close by but still super quiet and safe area, there is parking available. Good breakfast. Friendly waitresses at the breakfast too!

Our room was quite compact, bathroom a bit out-dated, however very charming and warm atmosphere! Ski room was just a room, no private lockers with heaters.

This small hotel is located on a very quiet cobblestone street adjacent to a lovely river with a foot-bridge that connects two sides of Bormio. The views from our room to the mountains were lovely. Breakfast is provided and it is abundant. There is a room downstairs devoted to skis and or bicycles. They have their own parking area, which makes this an outstanding value. If you are considering a visit to Bormio I would highly recommend this place.

The beds were amazing. Never slept better in a hotel in my life. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, I would have never expected this kind of service. The sweets from the breakfast tray were exceptional.

I'm not a huge fan of steam egg cookers. But that's just a pet peeve of mine

The female owner (the boss lady). OMG I’ve never a more sour faced, unhelpful and unwelcoming person in any of the hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything you asked of her was a major chore or you felt that she looked at you as if you were something gooey on the bottom of your shoe. As a hostess she gets a -4. Honestly she is awful. Such a shame as the hotel is lovely. All the other staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for you. Would I recommend it? On the strength of the owner / bossy lady. Not a chance.

Staff, rooms and breakfasts are outstanding. Nice bike room very useful. We have stayed here three times over past 15 years. Recent upgrades to rooms and bathrooms are appreciated.

The hotel is in a pretty central location, which is great, but it can be a bit noisy (external noise, not from other guests) in the evenings. In the summer, with windows open there was quite a bit of street noise. This would not be an issue in winter. I would still highly recommend the hotel.

I like the location of this hotel, free parking right next to it, included breakfast. design is also nice. I think it is a good value for money.

one of the staff members seemed unhappy when you for example order a cappuccino for breakfast. Hotel doesnt allow drinking wine or having snacks in the room or allow them in the common areas.
