I am very grateful accommodation like this exist, as a family of four it makes travelling possible and affordable. We stayed with our children for 7 nights. The room was clean, warm, had enough space for family of 4 and view of Stelvio. Hostel also has conveniently located heated room to store skis and boots. The breakfast room with fireplace is very spacious and breakfast was tasty with wide selection for everyone’s taste. I enjoyed the cohesive interior design of the entire hostel; the involved graphics designer did amazing job. The staff was extremely friendly and made us packed breakfast on the day we were leaving at 6 am. Hostel was well situated, ski bus stop only 300m away. I would definitely come again.

I did not enjoy the NO FOOD IN YOUR ROOMS sign at the reception, there are no cooking facilities in the room so frankly I don't understand why I could not eat sandwich or crisps in my room. Perhaps consider phrasing that sign differently.

The actual building and interiors are very modern, clean, fresh and warm. I loved the feel of the building. The fire and seating area was so, so comfortable. Good washing machine, garage and garden. Excellent family room for people with 3 or more children. Lovely, lovely breakfast. Staff were all amazing and so helpful. So friendly with our boys too.

Noise from the road sometimes but this cannot be helped. Lights on the balconies - I would have liked to be able to turn them off. In the evening, I think you should have a pizza oven and provide 2/3 types of homemade pizza. Maybe 1/2 pasta options. You would do so well! We struggled to eat in the evenings with the boys. The pizza you did wasn’t so great. A nice thin pizza fresh from an oven would suit your establishment. We loved your cheese, salami and crisps boards and toasts though.

The staff was great. The place was clean. The price was good.

Not being able to use the main entrance after 9pm was confusing and I had to instruct other customers where to go while I was hanging out on the lobby couches. Which is not a huge deal, but a bit annoying. Also in the dorm there was only one person with me, but they had put us in the same bunk bed so we were constantly in each other's way while most of the room was unused. So if I ran the place, I'd scatter customers as far from each other as possible and if it got fully booked, then that's understandable to have little space.

Helpful and friendly staff. Everybody was smiling and this created so much positive vibes throughout my stay. The breakfast had many options and everything was delicious. The mattress was comfy, my bed, the dorm and every common room were clean at all times. There’s a bike room with tools to fix your bike and a pipe to wash it just out of the garage. The location for cycling is strategic with Stelvio, Gavia, and Mortirolo easily reachable. You have free parking spots and a view of the mountains from the garden. Lounge room with informative sport magazines about cycling, hiking, and skiing. Paintings with inspiring sentences. I initially booked two nights, then extended for other two, and felt I didn’t want to leave. Such magic place and atmosphere! Thank you all, guys!

I can’t find a single thing I didn’t like.

I have never experienced such a value for money before; for a very modest price the hostel offers too many to even list; it's beautiful, modern and clean, the staff is amazing. The romms and shared areas are celan and welcoming, the breakfast (included in alredy great price) is fantastic with a lot of choices. Dedicated garage for bicycles is another luxury for a bike traveller like myself. Outstanding! I will return soon!

The breakfast is excellent. Plenty of selection and even fresh Italian Croissants. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Contrary to what the name suggest, this isn't a real Hostel but rather a regular Hotel. I think they only have one "dormitory" with 6 beds, which is actually just a 6 bed-room with one single bathroom and they sell each bed separately. All the other rooms are private rooms with own bathroom? The Hairdryer was broken.

Ostello Alpino made our holiday. The staff are fantastic! They are the most friendly and helpful people you could ask for, which on top of a clean, modern and cosy property makes Ostello Alpino a must stay. Kids loved the breakfast and it is such a nice atmosphere for familys, couples and groups.

I booked a double room. Room was nice and spacious, well equipped, clean, comfy bed. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fine. The place has good location and a nice garden.

My room was next to the reception and common areas and there was noise (banging of doors) from early in the morning. Other than that annoyance, the place is 10/10.

The double room I had was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the large communal area can help facilitate chat amongst fellow travellers.

A little bit out of the main hub of the town - not too far to walk unless there’s heavy rain.

perhaps a kettle in the room would have been nice, and a little more space/ventilation
