I was going for one purpose and one purpose only, and that was to ride a bike, so proximity was key and the hotel was located far enough away from the centre, but close enough to get to where I wanted to be. Staff were great, helpful, happy and accommodating. On nights we needed recommendations on places to eat, not only directed to the right places, but also put calls into make reservations. For what me and the family were looking for, it was ideal

If I were to go back (which is highly likely), I would ask for a room to the rear of the hotel, as the road is quite noisy. Once I'd bought earplugs (which I forgot), then it was fine.

The rooms were clean and a decent size. The shower was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There was bike storage available.

No kettle in the room. No air con. The bike storage was a little busy and disorganised. Breakfast was well stocked, but a little basic and repetitive.

Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food. Really good accommodation for those travelling for sports (cycling/skiing) with a dedicated room for equipment which is secure and only accessible with room card.

Room was super good.. only down part is both me and my husband we are very tall and we kept bumping our heads on the door frame and head board next to the bed Maybe a warning sign or something to alert us whenever we are near the area

A clean and friendly place to stay with secure bike storage. In an ideal location for cycling routes around Bormio, including Passo Stelvio. The view from the sauna was stunning.

Nice and wonderful place. Easy to find, convenient parking. I am very grateful to the staff for the service.

Lack of temperature control in the room. It was a particularly hot day and I understand AC is not really used that much in Europe but a small fan would have helped considerably.
