They offer 24h free ice cream, cookies, coffee and tea. In the same place they offer buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a surprise for us but we absolutely loved it (especially the danzai noodles station). The food is good and diversified. Besides the asian options, there are some western options as well (small croissants, bread, jams, butter). The staff was great and the room was upgrated, which also came as a lovely surprise. For sure we recomend this place.

Great value for money with breakfast and dinner buffet included and 24 hour ice cream and drinks. Also guest laundry available. Clean and comfortable rooms and great location near to some sites and bus routes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Huge thank you to Riley on reception who phoned around to find a Hot Pot restaurant with an English menu/English speaking staff. We really enjoyed our hot pot experience. Many thanks Riley.

You will never go hungry in this hotel. They have buffet breakfast, PM snacks, and late night snacks for all hotel guests. Love their variety of ice cream flavors and tea. All foods are delicious especially the Danzai noodles and Hong Kong style congee. This saved us a couple of bucks from eating outside. Hotel has spacious room, great facilities, and it has a common small area for working people. Their wifi is assigned per room and is consistently working. Staffs are trained with excellent hospitality service. Hotel is about 15 min walk the train station, but you can ask the reception if you want to arrange a taxi service from the hotel. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Good location, good amenities. Great shower. Breakfast was decent, once I found the egg station! Snacks from 8pm of an evening were good and quite substantial. I used the free shuttle from the Tainan HSR station and got.off at the high school (next to Confucious Temple). It was an easy walk to the hotel. I walked to the local train station with my suitcase, which took no more than 15 mins. The uneven footpath makes it a little more challenging with a suitcase on wheels but still manageable. Easy walk to Hayeshi Dep Store, Shennong St and other tourist sites. There are also a couple of close bus options to get to Anping. #2 and #99.

Everything. Kindness by name, kindness by nature. Very attentive and helpful staff, wonderful free supper, breakfast and free ice cream and tea and coffee available all day. Luggage minding service. Twin room was large and well appointed with two large double beds, plenty of space and a tired but immaculate bathroom. All up, couldn’t recommend it more!

Wi-Fi was a bit slow but there were multiple options to connect.

They have great 24 hr laundry facilities and washing powder. It is located quite near to popular tourist spots. Bedrooms and bathroom slippers are provided, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The toilets are Japanese style and they even had face wash provided. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a variety of good foods. There is also free ice cream that you can serve yourself during the day.

What i like about this Hotel is that they provide buffet breakfast and dinner + supper (yes, you read it correctly). The dishes was good, a mix of local Taiwan delights. What my kids like is the biscuit counter, LOL, they have like 10 containers of different biscuit for you to choose. The hotel room is normal, toilet bowl installed with electric bidet function. Shower water pressure is strong.

The location, but it cannot be help, cause city like Tainan is not famous for their public transport. hence if any tourist that travel there, will be back packing or there's already a driver booked.

The staffs are all very friendly and they were willing to help us with our needs. We love the breakfast and dinner bar, and it's so nice that they provide all day drinks and desserts.

Everything was good but the only thing is that the parking is a little bit far from the hotel entrance. We rented a motorbike but the parking is in the back of the hotel, and it's like 5 mins walk.

Really lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, the buffet breakfast and dinner are great and there's a laundry room that's free to use. It's also a few doors down from Michelin starred Zai Fa Hao dumpling place and close to loads of Tainan's historical sites. And it has Aircon that works and is quiet.

Rooms are small. Rate is expensive for the size. Drinking water had a foul taste to it. Nice to have free washer and dryer but there were too many guests using them and not attending to their loads when it was done, so I ended up taking the clothes to a nearby laundromat! Bathroom floor was super slippery. You have to wear the slippers they provided but I didn’t trust the sanitary condition of the slippers. Luckily I always bring my own slippers which worked out fine. Location was ok- not a whole lot of restaurants in the same block of the hotel.
