Though the hotel sits on top of a casino (just like the LiHo in Ximending in Taipei) it was quiet. Actually the LiHo in Tainan is surrounded by casinos, gambling joints and game centers, so it is a very busy neighborhood, especially at night. Not too close to the train station but very close to a couple of tourist attractions and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

OK, it is a simple hotel. However, it is located in the center of Tainan, good access to any places. The price is very competitive. Last time, I was not satisfied because they ask for additional charges. This time was totally the opposite, I was upgraded free of charge

The area is OK. Beside are some KTV and looks a little bit red light area. Many strange males but you can avoid trouble.

The hotel has empty rooms, compared to the price it is good value. The location is in the heart of Tainan city and near the Tainan train station. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of a building. Inside the building there are many entertainment venues.

There is a lot of noise at night and the walls are very thin. But the staff will inform you before staying that at this price we will get a room like this, which I can accept.

Location, courteous staff, free laundry, reliable wifi in my room, the nearby lanes were a highlight. The AC worked. Lots of tv channels, good size tv.

Noisy AC units outside my window running all night. Smell of smoking nearby, so all the warnings about smoke detectors are a lie, and selfish smokers can ruin another hotel. Shower head not a good height for people over 5’ tall. It was ok, I just had to bend down to catch the water.

Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and responsive to requests.

First room assigned was small and not what I booked. I had to look at 3 rooms before getting what was in the description. I was there for 8 nights so it mattered. Walls are super thin and I could hear my neighbours. The first night was the worst with their TV on all night. Totally surprised that you weren't allowed to flush toilet paper. WT???? A/C was not very good. The room never got cold enough.

Parking available in basement (Limited spots), but you can use the paid parking sections. Convenient when it's raining and trying to load/unload luggage. Good price! Laundry and other items available upon request.

Some of the staff are helpful, but they aren't very friendly

This hotel is located not far from the train station and also near the Tainan Museum of fine arts. It is affordable, while also being a hotel, not a hostel. The rooms are spacious, the staff very professional.

The whole building is worn, as is the decoration of the hotel. However everything was in working order an ld clean, just maybe a bit old to look at.

Good value for price. Room was clean and quiet. Good location - close to the train station (15 min walk, 3 min bus ride) and a few sights are around the corner. Hotel hands out a map of the city, which highlights the hotel and most important sights. Hotel has 2 washing machines, 1 dryer and sells detergent for 20 TWD.

I wanted to leave one bag for 2 days at the lobby of the hotel while I do a trip to an offshore island. This was not possible. They would only allow it for the day of check-out.

Location is perfect, very close to the heart of the city and train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room has a nice view and it’s quite clean.

Honestly comparing to other places in Taiwan it’s rather expensive. Bed is very soft and walls are ultra thin.

Close to many attractions (temples, museums) and not far from the train station, it is run by nice and helpful people. You can deposit your luggage and check in afterwards.
